I recently moved from 23 or 24 inch to this. I have no knowledge whatsoever too anything above 60 hz since I am so used to being my max. This being said I am impressed you can see the difference in quality, and it also has this high definition aspect as well. If you were to turn it off, and on you like a light switch you can feel, and see the difference. I am in my 30s so sometimes depending what I am doing itll be really difficult to focus on the task w/o just doing something else. Ive also had problems with my eyes for like ever ... so as you can imagine I wear glasses, but even that only helps so much. Ive left images in this review to show you the differences - they may or not be noticeable,. but I hope it helps. The first two are with it on, and the last two arent. I was going to do a recording in livetime, but I think visuals get the point across a lot more.

I bought this monitor when I switched from console gaming to PC gaming. Plug and play. Couldn’t be happier. Excellent value for the price too!

So far this monitor has been amazing for gaming! Super great refresh rate, color, etc. You do have to download software in order to change screen brightness (the toggle on the monitor itself did not want to do the brightness option), but otherwise a great deal! Definitely recommend for gaming and whatever other needs you have.

Good gaming monitor on a budget.

Don’t expect a perfect picture. However it does offer the best quality for this price range.

In my first few days of use, this has been a great monitor. You can absolutely tell the difference going from a monitor only capable of 60Hz with a 5ms refresh rate to 240Hz and 1ms refresh. And, on that alone, its a 5-star monitor. However, I removed a star due to the terrible placement of its port and power. All of the ports and power are in a slightly recessed area right next to where the VESA mount is. If you are not careful (and they show you this in the actual documentation), you can literally crush your DisplayPort/HDMI port or the cable itself by trying to cable manage using a monitor arm. If you swing it a particular way, it puts an enormous amount of vertical pressure (it plugs in horizontally at a right angle to the back of the monitor) that you can cause irreparable damage to either the ports or the cable itself. To me this is a terrible design flaw and warrants at least a reduction in 1 star (and making an effort to comment on it). Because of this design flaw, Ive had to remove my monitor arm and stick with the stock stand until I can figure out how to properly arrange the arm in such a way that it cannot be accidentally broken by pushing the monitor toward the wall where it collapses the arm. It was well worth the purchase at the Prime Day price I got it for. However, at its typical price point, look for another monitor that has vertical ports that plug in parallel to the back of the monitor that provides much less risk to damage when using a monitor arm.

Purchased it for G Sync compatibility with my EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 card (using Direct Port). Eliminated my prior driver problems with an older monitor. Beautiful screen, no dead pixels. Liked it so much I bought one for my son.

I bought two of these monitors in hopes to mount them to a double armed monitor mount. They worked great until I mounted them, now they can’t receive input. I’ve tried them on many different devices and they weren’t found.

Im not exactly a monitor expert or a professional gamer. But for casual gamers and people who just want to upgrade to a higher refresh rate monitor for gaming, this is perfect. The monitor offers plenty of customization for height, tilt, and rotation. The higher refresh rate is definitely noticeable (coming from someone who was at a 60hz monitor previously), and I think that it does make the gaming experience more enjoyable.

I got this monitor for a great price and the quality is amazing.
