Last December (2019) I built new computer systems for my husband and me. I had purchased two 32 QHD LG monitors for our new systems that my husband and I both love. I needed to get a second monitor for video editing tasks, but didnt need (or have room for) another one as large. So, I did a little search and came across this one. It is nearly identical to ours main monitors, except its smaller at 24 and has a standard HD picture. The refresh rate of this monitor is quite fast and well suited to video intensive tasks (video editing, motion graphics, gaming, etc.). Weve had no problems with the monitor since purchase. The color was reasonably accurate out of the box and matching it to my main monitor wasnt difficult. Were very happy with LG monitors and have no reason to look at anything else. If youre looking for a great monitor with a nice picture, good color and fast refresh rate, I see no reason to look any further, unless you want to move up to a larger size. Highly recommended. ** If you found this review helpful, please mark it as helpful to let me know and help other buyers. Thanks! **

i am able to get it to run at 144hz over hdmi but it will not go to 1ms on hdmi , i think you need display port cable to get 1ms , the way i got it to run 144hz over hdmi was get all the newest drivers for my gpu or apu , then i turned on freesync on my desktop then i turned it on in my game in the amd menu , then i put the monitor menu in basic freesync and boom it runs at 144hz , but it does not get 1ms over hdmi so not sure , another point i would like to make is that i have only tested this for less than one day , so i will update this as i use it more. for me the screen is big and if it was any bigger it may not fit on my small desk , oh well i hope this info helps someone , i had a few pixels out because it was damaged in shipping but i expected as much but i cant pay 300$ for the same one at wal-mart , or the 90$ 60hz one they had that looked small , this one is big i think ,

I got this monitor because I was upgrading my whole setup. I am almost complete with my PC build, so I was using this monitor on my previous computer equipped with a 1050 ti. Regardless of the old 1050 ti, I can still run up to 300 frames on VALORANT, with low settings. The 144hz is so smooth and is a gigantic upgrade from the previous 60hz. The colors are also amazing for a TN panel and the viewing angles are good too. I dont like many of the presets, so I just stick to the FPS preset because it looks the best. It is very easy to navigate through the menu. I was stumped at first, looking where to change the refresh rate. I remembered to go to NVIDIA Control Panel. Dont forget that step guys! I am using HDMI currently, so I cant get 1ms response time, but it is still very fast and responsive. I will be using my newly purchased DP cable when my PC is complete.

I’m not an expert, I do casual gaming. I was previously was running on 75hz so this is a really nice upgrade for people who are looking for some thing a little better. It came to nicely packaged and looks way better than my previous monitor :)

What is there to like: excellent price, great value, no dead pixels, easy to setup. Only one minor negative, balancing the color is tricky. It seemed to have too low a gamma and too bright a green out of the box. Took some testing and trial and error until I got it balanced out. Once it was, has been rock solid.

I saw it in a review recommendation video and decided to buy it. Its perfect in size for my desk, the brightness controls are pretty nice, and the design looks cool. The only complaint that i have is that the volume is weird and i can only get it to work when j use headphones. So im guessing ill need a sound bar maybe. Otherwise i give it 8/10. Worth the money for sure
