> 3 dayI was so excited to find a lint trap replacement for my LG TrueSteam dryer. I threw out manual. And could not find one that fit. This one did. And it was sturdy and LG. Giving 3 stars because I can’t use it, but if it didn’t have a tear in it, would have been perfect.

> 3 dayNice to have a replacement around since I clean the screen after every load. It might give out eventually, and I don’t want to search for an obsolete, obscenely expensive item a few years from now.

> 3 dayPerfect replacement for a Kenmore Elite dryer but its the exact same crappy plastic hinge design that broke in 4 years in the first place. Drop in fit and works though.

> 3 dayLG DLEX9000W replacement lint screen is identical to the OEM screen. These new screens have a very fine mesh which is good but the hinge to the lint trap on this screen is flimsy just like the OEM part.

Greater than one weekAlthough it was not the least expensive model, based on other reviewers comments, I am glad I went with this one - it is identical to the one that came with the machine originally: just as sturdy and a perfect fit.

> 3 dayThe original filter that came with the dryer lasted 3 years. The hinge parts were cracking and one side broke completely. I expect this exact replacement to last just as long, maybe more.

> 3 dayI have a 29 inch LG dryer and this was a perfect replacement. In fact, it fits better than the one that came with the dryer.

> 3 dayIve been having an issue with my LG dryer for the past year. On settings higher than low, my dryer would shut down due to a blockage/overheating (according to the display code). I had all of the ducts cleaned in my house (including the dryer vent) and it didnt improve. It would take hours for loads to dry on low (more than normal). I finally called an appliance repairman and he said it looked like it might be the filter. I look clear to me, but microscopic particles (usually from dryer sheets) can get caught in the filter and prevent air flow. We tried to dryer without the filter - no issues. I ordered this filter from Amazon because it was a lot cheaper (and faster delivery) than ordering it from the appliance repair shop. My dryer now works perfectly! Who knew that it could be such a simple solution?!
