These taste great and are cheaper than buying bottles of Gatorade. I mix them with 24oz of water instead of 16. I feel like it would be too strong with only 16oz.

I love this stuff! I have never been a big water drinker. I am a Diet Coke addict, but dc doesn’t count as water, so on many occasions I have become severely dehydrated. This causes intense swelling in my hands, legs, and feet. And, if I let it get bad enough, my brain will get foggy. Obviously this is not good. I stumbled onto an ad for Liquid IV on FB. I read about it and ultimately ordered it cos it said each stick/powder provided 3x the hydration of water alone. That sounded like a win to me! And let me tell you what!! First of all, it tastes pretty good. I ordered the açaí berry and it was nicely sweet and tart. I usually end up using more than the instructed 16oz of water b/c of the size bottle I use, but it tastes fine. Just not as flavorful as if I only used 16oz., but let’s be real here. What’s the goal? Intense flavor or hydration? So, i started drinking 2-3 packs a day in within two days i was completely NOT swollen. And my hydration levels were climbing (my scale measures body fat and hydration levels). I read some product reviews and people were complaining that there is sugar and sodium in this product. I get that some people need to watch for these things, and if you do, I’m glad you are vigilant and pay attention cos we really do only get one body. I don’t need to watch for these things and I am beyond satisfied with this product! Just the mental clarity i have when i choose this over a Diet Coke. I feel so much better, almost immediately. Anyway, my body is craving water as I type, so I’m out, but you should definitely check this out! I’m on my second order and got the variety pack so I can see which flavor i like best. I just placed my third order. This time I bought the value pack so I will be sue to have enough. I use this before working out and it helps my husband and I from filling drained after losing water from sweating. The taste is amazing as well. Worth every penny.

I hate drinking water, so these packets add flavor and give me motivation to drink up!

I use this stuff to re-hydrate after having a couple of drinks. I’m not really sure if it completely works, but it does encourage drinking extra water. It is salty to the taste and the flavor I got really doesn’t have a flavor, but I had a couple of Stur flavor drops which helps a lot. If for nothing else it help me drink more water!

Like some, I dont hydrate enough throughout the day. Sometimes due to other types of liquid consumption, um, I have a dried brain feeling. Iswallow a glass of this and almost instantly feel a positive affect as it goes down. I feel hydrated again. Relief is on the way....fast. Love the different flavors too!

My fav flavor by far!

My mom had been admitted to the hospital twice for dehydration, so I bought these for her to keep in her purse. Whenever she starts feeling off she drinks one, and it helps keep her hydrated. The slim packets easily fit in a purse or pocket. Was glad to find these!

There is only one drawback to this product. There is no Nutritional Values Chart. That said, I could carry on about this product of its worthiness! But, truly, I must tell you it is worth Every Penny that I spent.
