> 3 dayIt seemed like no matter how much water I had each day that it was never enough and sometimes I would get busy and would only be able to finish one of my 40oz bottles. After getting this I KNOW that I can easily finish one and Ill be fine. I no longer feel dehydrated and have already ordered like 100 more. Plus, because of the flavoring, I actively want to finish more than one. This stuff helped a ton and is a literal life saver. I have it everywhere now. At the office, in the car, in the backpack, at the house, I love this stuff.

> 3 dayWhat I love about it, is that it really works! I have a kidney deficiency and am unable to drink copious amounts of water without flooding my kidneys. I am normally prone to dehydration which creates many different problems such as muscle cramps, dry skin, headaches, vertigo and more. A coworker told me about Liquid IV. She is an athlete and her and her teenage kids use it. I was skeptical at first. She gave me a packet to try. I am not a huge fan of the flavor, but it is easy to get past and the results are more than worth it. I have shared some of my packets with friends and they are all using it regularly now. It is great for people that sweat a lot and works far faster than the sport drinks. Now for the good stuff .... ok, ok, so I know this isnt what it was created for, BUT .. if you are having a night out with friends, having some adult beverages and dont want the hang over in the morning, then you just need to pop packet into a bottle of water and it is the same as drinking 3 bottles of water. :) (tried it and I liked it). I started the night with drinking a packet in water ... went to hang out with friends, had a great night (a little too great) and ended the night with a packet in water. Woke up in the morning feeling great! Everyone else, eh, not so much. So guess who got stuck making coffee and cooking breakfast? Yeah. :) You wont be disappointed with it.

> 3 dayI really like this product! Taste is good and easy to take anywhere. I have found it cheaper elsewhere.

> 3 dayI was nervous to try this for all of the usual reasons that these products typically fall short : chalky, gritty, doesn’t mix well, bad taste/aftertaste, doesn’t work, etc. but I was also intrigued and needing to find an aid for my issue- poor hydration that has gotten significantly worse since masking has began. I watched for a deal on Amazon and then gave them a try. I appreciate that the packing is super convenient; no scoops, measuring, funneling. I can keep some in my bag for travel/work/in the car. It does not have a smell unless you get the powder right up to your face, no “vitamin smell”. I mixed mine with cold water so as expected I had to stir a little extra but it mixed in really well and only made the water slightly cloudy, no dyes/coloring which I liked. The day I tried it I was dehydrated (extremely dry mouth, slightly nauseous, sore throat, sluggish). My first sip was oddly satisfying. You can tell it’s “more than water” but not in a bad way, similar to a sports drink but nothing artificial tasting. The taste is just right in my opinion, I’ve began to hate the taste of sports drinks so I was happy this wasn’t just a replica of them. But the aftertaste had just a slightly salty name brand (g) yellow sports drink taste which I actually really loved! Then I immediately realized my mouth wasn’t even the slightest bit dry, my throat wasn’t sore but they did NOT have a “coating” on them, my mouth just felt like a healthy, hydrated mouth! That’s what really hooked me. It did not upset my stomach at all and I did start feeling better shortly after. I do my best not to get like that often but sometimes it just happens and now I have these on hand and try to have at least one a day if I know I have not come close to consuming enough water.

> 3 dayI love these hydration packets! I started using these daily throughout my last trimester of pregnancy in hopes they would help with my swelling and help with the dehydration I was having from continuous morning sickness. Once I started adding these to my water Ta-Da swellings gone and no more dehydration! I also added these in my water during my labor and it was the only things that kept me going for the longest 48 hours of my life. Now that my little one is here, I still drink them in support of breast feeding and have started passing these gems to my friends. My doctor has been so impressed by how well they have helped me stay hydrated, she is now reccomending them to other expecting moms. Also, my husband who works a very physical job has also started taking them in replace of the Gatorade he use to drink everyday. My only negatives to this product (other than the expensive price) is the taste can be a little strong on the salty/ bitter side so I dilute in 32 oz of water instead if the reccomended 16.

> 3 dayI thought this was a product to help restore my enzymes, energy, etc. Made up one pouch, kept watering it down but the sweetness never diminished. This product might work for most people but not for me.

> 3 dayI love this stuff! I have never been a big water drinker. I am a Diet Coke addict, but dc doesn’t count as water, so on many occasions I have become severely dehydrated. This causes intense swelling in my hands, legs, and feet. And, if I let it get bad enough, my brain will get foggy. Obviously this is not good. I stumbled onto an ad for Liquid IV on FB. I read about it and ultimately ordered it cos it said each stick/powder provided 3x the hydration of water alone. That sounded like a win to me! And let me tell you what!! First of all, it tastes pretty good. I ordered the açaí berry and it was nicely sweet and tart. I usually end up using more than the instructed 16oz of water b/c of the size bottle I use, but it tastes fine. Just not as flavorful as if I only used 16oz., but let’s be real here. What’s the goal? Intense flavor or hydration? So, i started drinking 2-3 packs a day in within two days i was completely NOT swollen. And my hydration levels were climbing (my scale measures body fat and hydration levels). I read some product reviews and people were complaining that there is sugar and sodium in this product. I get that some people need to watch for these things, and if you do, I’m glad you are vigilant and pay attention cos we really do only get one body. I don’t need to watch for these things and I am beyond satisfied with this product! Just the mental clarity i have when i choose this over a Diet Coke. I feel so much better, almost immediately. Anyway, my body is craving water as I type, so I’m out, but you should definitely check this out! I’m on my second order and got the variety pack so I can see which flavor i like best. Happy hydrating!

> 3 dayThe packets travel well in the backpacks! Reinforced to not pop when bent, hard to poke through, but still easy to open. The acacia berry is the best so far-not too sweet or sour- but the best advice is to shake well and often. Appreciate the speed and box used in delivery.
