Bought these for my son when he was sick and dehydrated. They seemed to help better than Gatorade. He likes all the flavors we’ve tried.

These are very helpful if you struggle with drinking enough water and staying hydrated. This flavor is predominantly pineapple. I like it. But if you hate pineapple you’ll hate this flavor.

While this wasnt my favorite flavor, worked beautifully to avoid a hangover. Took them on a cruise where a drink package was purchased and my goal was no hangover.

A little too sweet

I have been using liquid IV in place is soda and other beverages! It’s a treat, thar isn’t awful for me!

Surprisingly I like the taste. As for being more hydrated…I don’t know. I drank this in desperation to try and be able to pump more milk, don’t know if it worked.

This was suggested by my chiropractor and he was 100% right on! Explore all their products they have available and you wont be sorry! I havent drank alcohol in years but its wonderful after youve had too much the night before!

This is really important if you don’t drink enough water. It really hydrated and has necessary electrolytes. All the different flavors are marvelous. I happen to love watermelon.

Not my favorite flavor as it is very sweet! I mixed it with 16 oz and think it would be better if I used more water. Still very refreshing though.
