I have been using liquid IV in place is soda and other beverages! It’s a treat, thar isn’t awful for me!

I was sick for about a week and a half. I needed something to help and when I found this, I decided to give it a try. I’m so happy I did. It helped me feel better and I think helped me get over whatever I had faster since I wasn’t dehydrated constantly. The flavors are also actually good, which is amazing because I usually hate things like this.

There is SO much sugar in these!!!!

Tasted like salty Gatorade. Could bearly swallow the stuff. Had to mix it with more water than recommended -- and added some sugar too.

Very easy to mix and has a great taste. I buy them for our firemen to drink while on fire calls. All flavors go over well with the guys.

I love punch, I love Liquid IV, and this is a tasty hydration drink.

I love liquid IV and I really wanted to like this flavor but it was not what I was hoping for. If anything, this taste like pina colada. So, if you like those this will be great. I got no other flavors from it and I was hoping for more of a citrusy punch flavor. I got none of that. I wish I could exchange for another flavor because I will probably just waste the rest of these after trying one. Again, this is nothing against Liquid IV, just this particular flavor.

I’ve tried more than a few flavors but this one is my second favorite. If you like pineapple and mango and papaya type flavors, you’ll love the punch one. My other favorite is Strawberry.

It works great to rehydrate. Great for keeping cramps away. Good for a hangover too !

Hydration!! Had every morning in my water bottle!
