These are great for breath! My mouth feels so clean and fresh. I love carrying these in my purse and always have them handy. They’re lightweight and well packaged. I really like the strong, lasting fresh flavor.

Cant say anything about the health benefits since its just a mixture of digestible chemicals but it does its purpose. I prefer a clean palate, meaning I dont want lingering taste in my mouth after a meal, no sort of drink can wash it all away. Thats why I use breath strips. They are the only ones that have done the job well enough for me. Ive tried all kinds of mints and mint-flavored gums but they all leave a sugary aftertaste which tend to annoy me. Pros: One is usually enough to clear the palate after a meal I go through somewhere between 5-8 strips a day but it has never gave me any digestive issues Simple design makes it easy to retrieve a strip with one hand, get used to it and eating them is almost like a natural reaction after a meal, though some may view that as a con. Cons: Container design is weak against moisture and humidity. Putting it in a pocket close to the body in an environment where you are sweating or is very humid and you will find your strips turned into a clump, you can still break off pieces of it to eat if you dont mind the details but the coolness of a large clump will give you a kick that almost burns your tongue and nose. Avoid experiencing it, personally I only saw it happen to a friend. Can be expensive if you happen to eat a lot of the strips on a daily basis like me. Difficult to find in bulk beyond online stores like Amazon at a decent price.

These breathmints are effective, easy to carry, and quickly give you a minty feel in only a couple of seconds. Way more preferable than gum or tic tacs since it dissolves in your mouth quickly

I love these breath sheets! They are a perfect size for tucking in a pocket, and they dont make any noise when you take them out of the package.

Simply put, they work and taste great - all flavors. Very easy to carry in pocket, briefcase, etc., with a long-lasting supply of 24 strips per pack. However, the freshening is so refreshing that its easy to use them even when unnecessary. If you aint talkin, then you aint stinkin. I was using several daily, and recently developed thrush - an overgrowth of the Candida fungus present in all of our mouths. Not pleasant. It turns out that the bactericide in the strips, if overused, will kill off enough other normal bacteria to allow the Candida to thrive unchecked. Not a physician - cant comment as to general sensitivity among the population, but nonetheless urge you to use them sparingly. Ill continue to carry these, as theyre the best Ive encountered, but with appropriate caution against overuse.

These strips are brilliant for the mouth. They are strong, and have a lasting effect. But only when the temperature of your mouth is relatively normal. If you have a tendency to eat warmer food and want this to change your breath, it will take a few strips to have a noticible effect. Despite that, it is a brilliant and effective product.
