These strips are brilliant for the mouth. They are strong, and have a lasting effect. But only when the temperature of your mouth is relatively normal. If you have a tendency to eat warmer food and want this to change your breath, it will take a few strips to have a noticible effect. Despite that, it is a brilliant and effective product.

I find this product helps during pollen season. If I just could not leave them in pockets when washing pants
