They are very flexible and responsive when using underwater to grip plant stems or plant the thin stems of aquatic plants into the substrate without damaging the plant! They still have a substantial feel to them so its not like these look or act like cheaply made aquarium tools; they are of very high quality and Im impressed! Would DEFINITELY recommend!

This roduct surprised me. I was expecting cheap and possibly flimsy but to the contrary these tools are sturdy and precise. Also unlike the stainless steel set I also own, they did not rust! I would recommend this product to anyone.

Everything about this is just amazing! They came a day early from when it said on Amazon which was a pleasant surprise. All the tools are very useful and help keep my hands a little drier on maintenance. Only reason why it’s not 5 star is because the scissors/trimmers don’t work as well as I’d like (they give resistance when cutting and make it hard to accurately trim plants).

Just received the set of tools, but am already impressed: each tool is separately packaged and comes with a drawstring pouch. The metal is heavily coated to prevent rust. The tweezers make it a breeze to plant an already flooded aquarium with any stem plants. I had thought about going for a cheaper set, but am glad I got these.

The V shaped flat tool is worthless. A small weld suppose to hold it to the handle was not attached. The other ones all work great.
