> 24 hourAn abandoned cat hat kittens near my home. It is below freezing, so I put them in my storm shelter and set this up to keep momma cat and kittens warm, along with some food and water. Has kept them warm and comfortable when outside it is cold, wet, and miserable. It does what it needs to do. While I am on this....anybody want a kitten? Or 5?

> 24 hourI have been using these CEHs for my reptile enclosures for a few weeks now and they are working perfectly. I am using them in my 4x2x2 setups and they are great at keeping the ambient temp up at night. Very happy with these units.

> 24 hourThe instructions to set the temperature were not as clear as I would have wanted. It took us several attempts before we figured it out. Other than that it is perfect.

> 24 hourThese heat lamp bulb seem to be good quality. It does what its supposed to do, and it lasts longer than we even expected. The cost is a fraction of what they run in my local pet stores, so its a bargain. Actually, my local stores charge more for one bulb than the cost of these two, and with the way these have performed, Ill definitely be getting more as we need them. I try to keep at least one extra bulb handy, so this 2 pack is perfect. Our little lady is happy and warm, so these are getting the job done.

> 24 hourOf the two emitters I received only one was working. It seems that Amazon is having malfunctions so Im unable to return the product. My review may change if I can get a replacement

> 24 hourI wasnt sure what size to get, so I got the 100 Watt. These put off some great heat and are so much better than the normal large heat lamp bulbs we use for baby chicks which break easily and the filaments burn out quickly. These seem like they will last a long time. After testing , I removed with hot pads. The base was not hot but the top was still super hot. So be careful and do not touch when hot. You cant tell if these are on other than putting your hand in front to feel the heat. You can see the size comparison to a normal sized bulb. Great price on a 2 pack of these.

> 24 hourIts a 60w ceramic heat emitter, it does what its intended to do. These are all pretty generic, not the most powerful ones out there, but also less likely to fry the housing of your lamp over time. Creates a nice, warm basking area for reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, etc without unwanted light.
