Note for non-gamers: clicking the button under the wheel cycles through different speeds, if you find it flying across your screen too fast or crawling across it too slow. Review: Finding the right gaming mouse is a matter of preference. Years ago, when I first got a gaming PC, I was overwhelmed by the number of options in gaming mice; I didnt know what I wanted. A friend recommended this model mouse, and I have been using it for 4 years. Recently, I moved internationally and left my old one back there with my significant other, so needed to get a new one, and knew exactly what to get. Many other gaming mice have many more buttons, which may be useful for some people, but the simplicity of this one makes it really easy to start up a game and not have to spend 20 minutes trying out different button configurations and remapping controls. If youre just starting out with PC gaming, this is a simple and affordable mouse that will not do you wrong. Some people might want a wireless mouse, which is understandable, but for my situation I wanted something I wouldnt have to worry about losing connection/battery in the middle of gaming. So wired vs wireless is really a matter of preference. When I first got the mouse I didnt understand that the button under the mouse wheel changes the speed the cursor moves (there are 3 or 4 settings, clicking it just cycles to the next speed until it loops around to the lowest), so that may throw some people off if they are new to gaming mice. Only caution I would make, and only because someone new to gaming might not know, is to consider if you need a silent/whisper click mouse. This mouse is by no means super loud when clicked, but it is audible. And I know mouse clicking can sometimes get on peoples nerves. If you plan on streaming or game in a shared area (near living room, etc), I would strongly suggest considering a silent mouse.

Its a great mouse for a mediocre gamer like me. My biggest complaint is that if I leave it plugged in and shut my laptop, when Dell does any sort of background refresh or wake, the mouse will light up. I changed my saved setting to a very dark purple so that it wouldnt be a bright light and wake me up at night, but it lights up with the default full-brightness rainbow colors.

I like how it communicates with an app and how you can sort of program it to do stuff. The only problem is at random times while gaming it will have a large delay, like if you move it will do that move 5 seconds after you did that, it’s very rare for that to happen but when it does it’s very annoying.

I like the feel of the mouse especially since I have small hands. I don’t use the buttons, but I’m sure it would be useful for shortcuts. I use this mouse for school work and gaming and it’s been pretty good to me so far. Lights are still working and aiming is accurate. Have not experienced any faults. Overall, I recommend this mouse if you’re not a hardcore gamer and more of a casual gamer.

I have a bigger fatter hand and when I’m playing games like mw2 sometimes I accidentally fat finger the side button or the scroll wheel and it messes me up sometimes. If you have smaller hands then this should work just fine

I have been using this mouse for about two weeks. The tracking is good and it looks good with the lights. It functions well. It does not have as many features as some gaming mouses (like all the side buttons), but it is good for casual gaming and general use. The buttons and scroll wheel all are working. It was a little tight on first use, but after first day was easy and smooth to use. The surface has a very smooth feel to it. I am very happy with it.

I have to keep my wiring wrapped up and sitting on the desk because its entirely too much cord. Not sure why someone needs that much wiring for a mouse.

This is a great mouse overall it’s not that light but it is very durable and responsive. You can modify this mouse anyway you choose by downloading Logitech G Hub on you PC for multiple customization and setting changes. What I love the mouse about this mouse is how it feels the material doesn’t feel cheap or clunky it’s smooth and fit in the palm in of your hands. What I least like about the mouse is that the could have down a better job on the side mouse buttons after using it for a while the buttons are not as clicky like I want it to be I personally play a lot fortnite so after a few months the buttons start to cave in a little making it a lil bit hard to press quickly as you could be pressing them. That’s all I have to say I highly recommend this might if youre just starting out and is on a budget you don’t need that beat of the best to be the best player you can be!

I typically buy a mouse in a higher price tier for my gaming PC however I wanted a mouse for my laptop. I had previously purchased another brand, roughly 6 months ago, for around the same price and the cord broke. After minimal research I gave this a shot and am very pleased with the quality for $20. It feels sturdy, is precise and the RGB is bright and looks good. Its honestly not much different then the more expensive gaming mice with the lone exception being the there are less buttons (2 on left side 1 near wheel) which is perfectly fine for my intended use. Highly recommend.
