> 3 dayGood for an everyday mouse, or for normal gaming. RATING: It could have been a 4.5 star mouse. But minus 0.5 stars for stupid software = 4 stars. IN SHORT: For the price point its a slightly above-average daily or light gaming mouse, esp. if you want RGB lighting effects ON all the time. But the software needs to be simpler to use, and theres no mouse button to quickly toggle RGB on/off. FAIL: Most RGB mice have a button you can hold down to turn RGB lighting On/Off -but NOT this Logitech one. Instead, download and installation of special software (Logitech G Hub), and manual fiddling with the settings in that software is required to disable or adjust RGB. YAY: MOUSE POLLING SPEED OPTIONS (Customizable): I do like the fact you can use the G Hub software to set 4 custom polling speeds on the mouse. I adjusted mine to 400 / 800 / 1200 / 1600. Pressing the button next to the scroll wheel toggles through the polling speeds. I use 1200 for daily tasks, 1600 for fast games. Slower speeds like 400 or 800 can be useful for more precise mouse pointer movement, such as in some slower puzzle games. SIZE: The G203 mouse is medium/average size (which is fine unless you have very small or very large hands). Its slightly smaller than the MSI or Corsair mice I typically use. It is lightweight and moves easily. If you have very long fingers, this mouse might be a tad too short for long gaming sessions, comfort-wise. It is approximately 4.55 inches long (not counting cord, of course). BUTTONS & CORD: Button placement is normal, and the scroll wheel is not loud (unless you spin it hard/fast). Slow scrolling = nearly silent. You can customize button usage in the G Hub software. I use the 2 left-side buttons all the time (default is Page Up/ Page Down, but you can change that if desired). The attached USB cord is nothing special; not thick, not braided, but adequate. G HUB SOFTWARE = SO-SO (useful, but not simple): Note: You do NOT have to install the G Hub software -- but without it you can NOT change the RGB, can NOT customize the polling times, and can NOT customize the button functions or anything else. But the mouse will work as a plug and play right out of the bo... with the default poll times, and RGB lighting always glowing. For me, the G Hub software was not very inutitive to use. For help, use a search engine and keywords such as logitech g hub disable rgb g203 mouse. Took me a while to figure out how to save my settings in the built-in mouse memory (rather than depending on background software G Hub). Id buy another Logitech mouse, but not THIS model. From now on: no mice that dont have a built-in button for RGB on/off, out of the box. TIPS: 1. You may wish to later Disable (or set to manual) the LGHUB Updater Service Windows service that Logitech G Hub software installs without asking you. Mouse software isnt updated often, and theres no need to have that service running constantly in background. 2. Optionally, you can manually UNinstall the Logitech G Hub software, AFTER setting things up the way you like -- but be sure to FIRST set the built-in mouse memory to remember your settings (in G Hub Software).

> 3 daySo far so good. The right mouse button is sensitive, still navigating that as I apparently am used to less sensitive buttons.

Greater than one weekMy razer deathadder stopped working (like they typically do, that was my 4th one) so I was trying to find a different brand and this one caught my eye! Ordered it and it arrived fairly quickly, and its great! One of the best mouses I have ever used and definitely better than a razer! Definitely recommend getting this!

Greater than one weekNote for non-gamers: clicking the button under the wheel cycles through different speeds, if you find it flying across your screen too fast or crawling across it too slow. Review: Finding the right gaming mouse is a matter of preference. Years ago, when I first got a gaming PC, I was overwhelmed by the number of options in gaming mice; I didnt know what I wanted. A friend recommended this model mouse, and I have been using it for 4 years. Recently, I moved internationally and left my old one back there with my significant other, so needed to get a new one, and knew exactly what to get. Many other gaming mice have many more buttons, which may be useful for some people, but the simplicity of this one makes it really easy to start up a game and not have to spend 20 minutes trying out different button configurations and remapping controls. If youre just starting out with PC gaming, this is a simple and affordable mouse that will not do you wrong. Some people might want a wireless mouse, which is understandable, but for my situation I wanted something I wouldnt have to worry about losing connection/battery in the middle of gaming. So wired vs wireless is really a matter of preference. When I first got the mouse I didnt understand that the button under the mouse wheel changes the speed the cursor moves (there are 3 or 4 settings, clicking it just cycles to the next speed until it loops around to the lowest), so that may throw some people off if they are new to gaming mice. Only caution I would make, and only because someone new to gaming might not know, is to consider if you need a silent/whisper click mouse. This mouse is by no means super loud when clicked, but it is audible. And I know mouse clicking can sometimes get on peoples nerves. If you plan on streaming or game in a shared area (near living room, etc), I would strongly suggest considering a silent mouse.

Greater than one weekHave been using this mouse now for several weeks. I was very happy with it initially but now it is becoming very unreliable. It frequently does not register when I attempt to do a single left click and I have to press the button a second or third time for a task that only requires a single click. Seems to have a sweet spot in the top left corner of the button near the cord but thats also inconsistent. Very annoying and I will be shopping for another mouse . Not a gamer but needed a replacement for my existing mouse. This mouse is a perfect size for a mans hand (me), functions very well for my needs and the lights built in are just too cool. It arrives with a standard program for the lights which slowly changes colors as you use it, but there is reference to the company web site that you need to download and then tells you how to make changes to the mouse functions as well as the lights - you can have it change color or specify a specific color that remains on the mouse unless you elect to make another change. You can change the color as often as you like. Also, the mouse light coincides with the monitor so when the monitor goes to sleep the mouse does as well. A great find at a great sale price !!

> 3 dayI needed a second mouse and went with the same version of the mouse from 3 years ago. I didnt expect them to improve it but they did. 10/10

> 3 dayGreat quality and value for the price. Very ergonomic and if you get it on sale (which it goes on sale routinely) then it’s a great upgrade. Good for casual to intermediate gamers, but more hardcore gamers will want something better. But I mostly use it for my everyday office mouse, and it’s made a huge difference. I was surprised that it would make a difference for office work but it really did.

> 3 dayThis is a nice mouse! I love the ghub integration and the profiles you can set up. My only complaint is that it feels a little cheap overall. Like, if I drop it it might break easily.
