At first, I thought, Jailbird, my budgie got ripped off. The mirror was very dull. Then I realized that I needed to take the film off mirrored part! Im so glad my little one has patience with ol ladies like me!

At first my two parakeets were scared of it like they are anything and everything new. But after about a week they started to investigate it, now they absolutely love it.

Just a word of advice for my fellow bird lovers out there: Mirrors and birds do not mix. Most birds will start to bond with their reflection and will often times view it as their mate and as a result youll have a host of problems and heartache when your bird begins to aggressively reject your company. Eventually they start to be so engrossed with the mirror that they spend all day and all night gazing obsessively at it sometimes to the point where they stop eating and taking proper care of themselves. Ive rescued numerous birds afflicted with this complex and it was a long painful process to break them from it. Buyer Beware.

Nice sturdy mirror for a birdcage. But the 4 top holes for the hooks are not drilled correctly, so only 1 set of bolts and nuts can be used and not 2.

I got this mirror to replace an old one. This mirror is larger than the old one and apparently the bird is happy about that since he has been flirtin with it all day.

The holes in the mirror do not line up properly with the hooks.
