I bought this suitcase for its elegant look. I’m a big fan of modern and minimalist design. I also love the quality. Password reset is easy and quick. Overall very happy with the purchase! Recommend!

I was excited to receive my new carry on cause I’m going on a trip in 2 weeks but when I opened it, I noticed that the plastic was broken in two places next to the handle. It’s a bummer but ordered a new one. Hopefully the next one doesn’t come damaged.

They included a test instruction and I found the product to be very sturdy! Passcode is changed easily and there is an instruction card. what nice about this product is that it includes 2 years warranty…you just need to scan QR code inside the luggage and activate your product.

The carryon luggage I received to review was very light. The exterior was rugged and tough looking. The aluminum center frame gave some rigidity to the otherwise a malleable, but tough polycarbonate mix exterior. The carryon bag size is perfect for my air travel for my work, which usually lasts about 1 to 3 days. The four bottom wheels turn independently and swivel in all directions and the luggage carry handle has a two-step extension, which can be collapsed with a push of a button. The locking mechanism work well – perhaps too well (good thing this is a carry on where an accidental opening can be avoided), where a slight touch to the luggage lock engages the unlocking mechanism. The interior has plenty of volume to put my clothes and toiletries for the trip (not much wasted space). Overall, this luggage is well made, looks finished, and built with quality.

The frame is aluminum, the shell is made of PC & ABS material - Im not sure exactly what that means though. The website says itll hold up under a 300# weight, Im not standing on it to test it out though! The looks, wheels and pull-up handle all work smoothly. The interior is well-designed and constructed. Overall, Im really pleased with this.

I bought this 24” luggage to match the 20” carry on that I was impressed with. But when I received this item, I knew right away there was something wrong just by looking at how the box and packaging it came in. It was tattered. The seal wasn’t the original seal. It was tampered with a flimsy scotch tape. When I opened the box, the suitcase had scratches, the wheel’s wasn’t brand new, evident that was a return and used. I’m very disappointed. I may cancel the 28” I ordered as I might get another disappointing item.

Love the ease in handling and its light in weight.

I was always afraid to get these hard sided suitcases, but I figured id give it a go when I saw this one. I actually really, really like it. I like how all my stuff fits in there and when I close it, everything stays just where it was and doesnt get all smashed or broken when the airport guys toss it around. Its got little combo locks as clasps and they work. Not sure how hard it would be to break them, but its a deterrent.

It’s plastic with metal corner guards. Misleading description. Looks nice, cheap locks. Not exactly happy with it.

I purchased all three sizes.
