Luggage Aluminium Frame Suitcase Hard Shell TSA Lock No Zipper 28In Black

The frame is aluminum, the shell is made of PC & ABS material - Im not sure exactly what that means though. The website says itll hold up under a 300# weight, Im not standing on it to test it out though! The looks, wheels and pull-up handle all work smoothly. The interior is well-designed and constructed. Overall, Im really pleased with this.

I happened to order two different but very similar hard cases. They look almost identical but this one had a better price and I liked the silver color. I had the benefit of comparing two cases. This carry on roller case functioned well but there were little indications of poorer quality in this version. The locking mechanism here was poorly casted (plastic) and the spring loaded clamping lock was made cheaper. It was new out of the box (which sometimes Amazon just ships out someones returned product) but there were scratches in odd places despite the bubble wrap and packing material. It was just not quality checked. Interior features were fine, but the side with pockets clip onto metal brackets that are pretty thin. Small design flaw but I just wasnt confident on the design. I started to do the warranty process and there is a need to email someone in China my details for a possible 3rd year. I thought that was sketchy as heck.

This suitcase is amazing. Built like a tank, but its lightweight and highly maneuverable. The image shows two locking latches, but the item I ordered (28) has a third non-locking latch in the middle. Its well-crafted in every detail, with smooth wheels and a very comfortable handle.

My husband and I travel quite frequently and finding a suitcase that is easy to carry, that is light weight and it is durable is a big plus for us. We purchased 2 suitcases and they haven’t disappoint. We are very happy with our purchase.

This has actually got some nice protective sturdiness, superior to other suitcases of similar form factor Ive reviewed recently: recommended.

I was looking for a hardshell suitcase that looks sleek & compact and then this suitcase got my attention. The suitcase is made of aluminum & hard plastics. It appears slightly smaller than my other 24in suitcase. But storage wise, it provides more than enough space for a 1-2 long week trip. So far the using experience is great - 4 rollers scroll quietly & smoothly, made with durable materials, have a sleek look, and lightweight & compact to carry around. Its a great product for those who travel nationwide frequently. If you need a suitcase that can fit stuff over 60 lbs, its probably better to look for other 28in options out there.

I am surprised at the weight of this suitcase. I haven’t checked it yet so hopefully it will not dent during airline travel but even packed full it is the same weight as a normal hardcase piece.

Purchased this case to travel with to china and then onto Hong Kong and it survived all flights and roads ,I carry about 50 lb , this suitcase is very sturdy , Compared to a lot of other carry ons at the same price point, this is about the best you can get , The wheels are next level and looks wise it’s super smart, The marks do seem to be black in colour rather than paint chippings so I may be able to wipe most of them off , highly recommended !
