I use my bag daily and now i have to tight the handle screws so they wont get lost, im going to put some glue on the screws so they stop getting loose

A sturdy, rolling backpack with most of the features youd want in one - telescoping handle, smooth wheels, wheel cover, straps, strap cover, many side pockets and secondary compartments. Plus a smaller top-facing compartment for smaller, more important stuff or stuff you want on hand. And that compartment has a smaller pocket, too. The top carry handle is apparently made of a steel cable, which you can see through its transparent tubing.

I am delighted with this purchase. Im infamous for carting a bunch of stuff around with me as I work long13 hour shifts so I need to have my stuff with me. I need lots of pockets and capacity, and especially lots of compartments so I can find my stuff easily. I also look for a bag that is quality and hard wearing and this bag checks all of those boxes. Its absolutely gorgeous and very well made, as you would expect from Swiss Gear/Wenger. Ive had their products before, from shoes to bags, and theyve always produced very high quality products. This bag is no exception.

This is a good bag, but a little heavy if you need to actually use it as a backpack due to the addition of the wheels and handle. I used it as a traditional rolling bag. The wheels move very smoothly and the handle was comfortable. The grab handle is very sturdy. The bag itself is full of padding and doesnt really hold all that much. I packed a few days clothing and toiletries, along with my computer and ipad. Although the front padded computer section makes it easy to grab the computer, I would prefer it was stored in back, near the frame, as other bags got tossed on top of this.

I really like Wenger Luggage Synergy. It has wheels to help me not have to carry heavy and easy to move.

I purchased this late last year and used it a few times. After probably 5 or 6 trips the handle would not go down by itself, I had to push one of the buttons in on the side.

The quality is as expected. I have another backpack of the same firm and style - it still looks like new after 10 years of heavy usage. The new wheeler, I am sure will behave the same - I will soon use it for a trip. The only con would be its net weight, which is a problem when using it as an onboard luggage, which is restricted to 8 pounds. The net weight of the new backpack is about 3 pounds, thats why four stars. I guess I will have to accept this because I really like its quality, functionality and great robust look.

I had my last one for 16 years. I traveled weekly for about 6 years straight. This bag has literally seen the world. So when a wheel cracked I knew it wasn’t faulty it had just run it’s course. I bought a new one and it’s almost identical to what I had. The pockets are pretty much the same and I hope it gives me 20 years since I don’t travel like I once did.

I love the bag and it looks good and works well after about 7 years of easy infrequent usage
