> 3 dayI have had my Patriot 2 for 4 years now and have travelled with it for over 70% annually. Best overall bag for mobile office space needed. The front has excessive room for extras (cables, flash drives, connectors, etc.) and many pockets for flat things (I use for business cards, security access badges, kleenex, pens, TSA approved multi-tool) and also has a lanyard for keys so they do not get lost.

> 3 dayPretty steady. However very loud on the pavement. I wish the handle could be fixed in various positions.

> 3 dayI bought his for my wife who is going to HVAC school. Carring books and tools was killing her back. She used to have this bag whem she was an ultrasound tech and loved it. It is serving her just as well now. Its sturdy. The wheels seem well made and can hadle the weight off multiple text book and her guages and basic tool for class. Lifting in and out of the car isnt always fun but once on the ground this rolls very smoothly.

Greater than one weekI travel every week and needed a new laptop bag. I splurged on this really nice and expensive bag. But I was so disappointed when the handle refused to retract this week, after only 3 uses. Due to Covid, I had not traveled much this month, so my return period has passed. I am so frustrated.

> 3 dayLove the bag, with one exception: This is the second time Ive had a problem with the telescoping handle on the Patriot II. Last time the lower buttons wouldnt retract after a couple of years hard use, so I had to manually push them in when I wanted to hide the handle (boarding a plane). Bought a new one a couple of months ago. Like the slight redesign, especially the built-in padded sleeves for laptop and iPad, but now the small torx screws on top of the telescoping handle have loosened. These two small screws made it impossible to fully retract the handle, which was a major annoyance on my last business flight. (Luckily a nice baggage handler helped me screw them in enough to get by with pliers he had with him.) Customer service at Wenger was horrible. Nobody willing to help. Eventually, they just started immediately hanging up on me when I would call back. (Apparently, Wenger is represented by Swiss Army, and the Swiss Army employees couldnt care less about my Wenger situation.) 5 stars for the bag. Minus one for the handle problems. Minus another one for the terrible service.
