This helps the lights respond so much faster. I didn’t realize I needed it until I turned it on. So much better!!

Once a switch is added- it just works We had Wink for 6 years....it went in the fire pit this weekend...literally...we burned it.. while it was on fire we used the lutron app to turn the house lights on and off to make sure the winks final moments were watching a real lighting system in action This Lutron system is worth the investment NOTE! for larger homes needing more than 75 devices (They add up very quickly) Go for the Radio RA2 system

Ease of installation and solved my problem

Was able to extend the range of the case ta without any problem. However the system only allows for one repeater. My home is too big for just one repeater. Had to use a combination of Eaton smart switches plus Luron. Then Alexa integrated both devices. Works great that way.

This gave me the extra range to the lighting control that I needed. I wish I could put two on but they said just one. I have two other detached buildings and with only one repeater I could only get one of the buildings. If they get to where two repeaters can be used then I will buy another.

I liked the ease of installation. And it solved my problem on intermittent operation of a Caseta Dimmer switch, which was about 50 feet from the main Caseta bridge.

I am pretty disappointed to find out that the range on the Caseta Bridge and repeater are really only 30’. They have a “wingspan” of 60’, but that is meaningless if the device is against a wall or inside a cabinet. I now have to add a “plug in Dimmer” to get the distance I need. I have my doubts that even that will work. Now I have to wait to get it. Caseta tech support was helpful in the process, but very frustrating and time consuming. I generally feel somewhat misled!

I have lutrons out door smart plug for landscaping that is inside a metal box with the transformer. Sometimes the plug does not pick up the signal. I plugged this range extender on that side of the house and it seemed to have solved vmy problem. All you need is a power oulet then add device on the app.
