Okay So I just put them in today. So this is a one day review. 1. They are larger than your average light bulb. So just take note. If you’re putting them in a smaller light fixture it might not fit. 2. As far ambiance... yes. I love the lighting they give off. I HATE bright white bulbs. It honestly give me anxiety when I have this BRIGHT WHITE LIGHT in my face lighting the room, ugh terrible. These are a GREAT substitute if you’re OCD like me and need a certain “vibe” in your living quarters. Worth the money for me personally.

Walmart has this for $22. Will always buy on Amazon. Great competitive price for the quality.

One burned out after 40 days of use

Perfect bulbs for the island light my husband built. With 10 bulbs, it would of been hot with regular bulbs, needed LED.

Decorative with a nice soft light

The glass that covers these bulbs separates from it’s base, comes off and falls.. they are very dangerous. The glass of this bulb just fall off (see image attached), and you guys can not imagine the sound it made. It woke us up all in the house at 4am.. There are glass pieces scattered throughout the floor of the living room, dining room, entrance, part of the kitchen.. complete mess. Having these in any if your ceiling lamps is very risky. The one who fell did not even look detached, there is another one that looks very detached, but that one is still there in the lamp, it will fall any minute now. We’re removing them all.

We were told that LED bulbs last 11 years that justifies their added expense. Less than 11 months after we bought them two already dont work any longer.

I was looking for a dimming capable LED with the old fashioned look and warmth. This is the one!
