> 3 dayI use for notes/ thoughts/ journal books. The paper is thickand has a nice weight to it. The paper isnt smooth and easy to write on. I dont know this would be good for art ( sketching, drawing, painting or watercoloring.

Greater than one weekThese sketchbooks are pretty mediocre. Theyre fine if youre a beginner artist, but if you want to be able to use more than just pencil then get yourself a Strathmore 400 series. The pages in these sketchbooks are incredibly thin, and the paper size itself is not 9 x 12 but more like 8.5 x 11.5. Not a big deal, but if youre taking a class that requires an exact size, just know this aint it chief.

> 3 dayI really like this sketch book but there are a few things to keep in mind. Markers do bleed through the pages, if you erase too much it can rip the paper, you can see your art through the pages, and the paper does warp if you paint in it (acrylic only, watercolor will not work in this sketchbook). I do paint in mine by using a layer of gesso first and the paper warps a little but it is something you can work with. I also really enjoy the pencil holder on the cover. Over all, I like this sketchbook but I am not a professional, I am not super picky, and do not use markers or watercolor.

> 3 dayI bought these to use for my college-level studio class. The paper was a lot thinner than expected, and for the price, I was hoping for a better quality. I did buy it used, so the cover was torn in some places and the spine was a bit crooked.
