I use for notes/ thoughts/ journal books. The paper is thickand has a nice weight to it. The paper isnt smooth and easy to write on. I dont know this would be good for art ( sketching, drawing, painting or watercoloring.

Great sketchbooks. The feel of the paper is wonderful. My kids and I are just starting in drawing lessons and the books a great for this. The elastic to hold a pencil is a great feature and what will have me coming back for more.
