Madden NFL 25 Anniversary Edition with NFL Sunday Ticket - Playstation 3

Game is awesome but the nfl ticket login is a pain and the live football games are not in hd

The bundle comes with NFL Sunday Ticket (NST), so who cares how good the game is! Only joking, of course we care about the gameplay. I had no problems setting up NST using my computer. EA and Amazon came up with a good deal here because they got someone (me) who has never purchased Madden to buy it. Ive had no problems with the game itself and have enjoyed it. The Ultimate mode is pretty cool, though I wish they had more players for the starting packages. I do think it is kind of annoying that you have to pay real money to unlock some things - you can use points, but just the fact that they let you do that kind of takes away from the gaming experience for me. I thought the controls were very smooth, I never had a problem switching defenders to whom I wanted, and I thought that play calling, running, passing, etc., was much easier than previous NCAA/Madden games Ive played in the past (probably been three or four years though). There is also a player/coach mode that lets you go through the season as that person. I didnt find that especially intriguing, but there is nothing wrong with that mode and it adds some depth to the game. I havent tried online modes yet, but I will update the review when I do.

The game itself is horrible, I am a PC gamer but have a PS3 that I never play with, decided to give this one a try and man it looks horrible, I dont know how console gamers keep buying it. In my defense I only bought it for the NFL sunday ticket and thats where the 3 stars come from

Good game, no different than last year except for the NFL ticket. I bought this mainly for the NFL ticket so the game was extra bonus. The NFL ticket is great and I had no problems with using it in week 1.

The game is fine.

10 for great plus the NFL Sunday ticket is the best, I would buy this again for the next Madden if they offer it again

I think this was the peak of EA can go with madden for PS3. This game will be great for a football fan who likes to play with his buddies.

I havent played Madden for a few years but picked up the game this year because of the Sunday Ticket offer. After 2-3 weeks of playing Madden, my honest assessment of this game is that its horrible. The menus are super slow, theres long loading times, and gameplay is only passable. What really bothers me about this game is the presentation, all the pre-game and half time animations are stale and repetitive and the announcers are horrible. Jim Nantz and Phil Sims say random things throughout the game that make no sense (e.g. Ill sack the QB and then on the next play Phil Sims will start talking about how strong the O-line play has been). This game is so bad, I traded it in for some credit and will not be purchasing future editions.

I love football, but Im not much of a fan of playing it on my PS3, so I mainly bought this for Sunday Ticket since I dont have DirecTV. I did play the game a little bit and it was fun. I got rid of the game now, but it was more than worth it for having Sunday Ticket.

Madden NFL 25 seems like a great game but I have only played it a few times. Its far more complicated than the Madden games of old and has great graphics, but there are too many controls to remember... Purchased for Sunday Ticket which works great...
