shampoo arrived with only a little bit left in the giant bottle. the rest was everywhere else. i want a refund but it wont let me request one.

My husband and I love this shampoo! We have thick hair and this shampoo is perfect. It leaves our hair and scalp clean and it smells great. I was so thrilled and when I found the gallon size on Amazon for an affordable price. It arrived perfectly without any defects. It will last us a while anywhere between 6-8 months or more. I love that we can just refill our current shampoo bottles and traveling size bottles for any trips and the gym.

A good product that cleans well without stripping your hair. And it really does encourage healthy hair growth. I bleach my hair several times a year and only use this shampoo. Hair is still healthy. Combine with the Name and Tail conditioner and you cant go wrong.

I got a small bottle of this shampoo to try and love the results, so I thought buying in a gallon, which saves money, was a good idea. Well it wont pour into the bottle I have without making a huge mess. Maybe if I had a funnel but I would have to buy one of those. Not happy about that.

Ive been using M&T shampoo for years now but have had a bit of difficulty finding it in recent years. This gallon size should last me a year or more - problem solved! I love how it simply cleans my hair. Not a bunch of additives or scents - just clean, fresh-smelling hair. It does what its supposed to and does it well. And this gallon size is an excellent value. Hopefully it will remain available.
