> 3 dayThis polymer plate works perfectly with the XPRO, better than the metal version. Im no materials scientist, but if I were to guess, the matching chemical structures of the polymer plate and the polymer composition of the XPRO agree with each other. The metal plate always seemed a little fidgety which is why I purchased the polymer version.

> 3 dayThe reason you pay a premium for a basic little item like this is because you appreciate and want quality. You do get that here. It is light but still feels substantial.

> 3 dayFit the tripod and is dense and well built. Great replacement piece. Too bad all things Manfrotto cost and arm and a leg

> 3 dayIve purchased the cheap, off-brand versions, and nothing beats the genuine article. Im an architectural photographer by trade, and the others that Ive tried didnt fit well enough to be useful. This adapter plate fits my Manfrotto heads (geared and ball) perfectly and without any slop that Ive experienced with the cheaper versions. Do yourself a favor and just pony up for the real deal. Its worth it!
