> 24 hourLike others have written one of my Emperor filters was slowing down flow quite a bit. Part arrived and after installing the impeller it was like night and day. Very quiet and works great so I am getting ready to purchase a second one for the other filter. By the way, it got here in record time for paying regular shipping fee! Couldnt be happier with this product...

> 24 hourI have had one of these(maybe this one) running since this model came out on a variety of tanks. I dropped a couple of them over the years and this last one is the one that made it. For some reason I felt attached and didnt want to throw it away. This brought new life to the filter and I didnt have to. This kept a purple tang from water quality issues or cycling with a new filter.

> 24 hourwhile the part came in and did work, it had little effect on improving the performance of my emperor400s. It was still loud with insufficient water flow.

> 24 hourThis thing is Great, my original impeller was causing my filter to become noisy and was barely pumping water through the spay bars making the bio wheels move very slowly. Once I replace the old impeller with this on I noticed a huge difference. My water was back to curculating properly and the filter has become completely silent, it wasnt this quiet when I first bought it. Great replacement product.

> 24 hourFixed my issue within 5 minutes. Thats 5 minutes start to finish. Noise level is down and the water flow has gone back to where it should be.

> 24 hourThese are the redesigned impellers, and mine came with a new, redesigned bottom cover, too. I think Marineland got things right this time. If you have an old Emperor filter that was noisy from 5-10 years ago, those impellers actually were not made correctly (change of manufacturing location) and were very noisy. I managed to get some NOS prior build ones, but after 4-5 years they were getting tired. These are made with fewer parts and even less to go wrong, pump strongly, and the only noise I get is the flowing water, as it should be.
