> 3 dayI ordered this to carry my work laptop. This has many compartments. However, the zipper comes open by itself. It has to be checked constantly. Normally, I do this, but I was recently distraught by having found my dog dead. I had brought the backpack with the laptop home after zipping it up at work. I never take my laptop out at home and hadn’t touched the backpack. I picked up the backpack to put in my car, the zipper had opened and the laptop fell out of the backpack into a puddle and was destroyed. I would urge the manufacturer to take more care with the zippers

> 3 dayThe picture does not do this bag justice. I used it for college and was worried I would have to make multiple trips back to my dorm room to get different books for different classes. Got the bag and was thoroughly impressed. It had room for notebooks, textbooks and my laptop!

> 3 dayHappy with my purchase. I used recently for traveling, and it was so convenient and comfortable. I did not have to remove my laptop, as I was able to zip down on both sides for easy screening. It is quite roomy, lots of pockets for great orhanization, and it offers great protection for my laptop. It is well made and quite strong. Happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayIve used this backpack for almost a year and cant find a single issue or thing Id change. They have thought of everything! I have taken it on airlines and to get some work done at my sons hockey practice. I dont run out of pockets or safe places to store everything from supplies to my mouse to my reading glasses. At it fits my 17 MSI laptop perfectly. Honestly, I keep staring at it because I cant figure out how they have managed to get so much storage into a slim backpack. And I love that I can keep an extra power supply and just hook up my phone to the external port without having to dig anything out. Zippers are smooth and the stiching is very sturdy; it kind of reminds me of the days you could buy a Jansport and it would last forever. I love, love, love this back pack!

> 3 dayBought for my son who travels for work to carry his Xbox in when he flies. Its really nice and shipped fast. However, it is smaller than it looks in the ad. It is still large enough to do what we want it to do

> 3 dayI have been searching for a giant backpack to travel with my 17 laptop. The price for this backpack is amazing. I have been using a North Face backpack last several years and cant believe the quality of the bag I got with my new Matein backpack. The zippers are very smooth. I have yet to travel, but when I do, I know the built-in power adapter will work out great.

> 3 dayThe only thing that wood make this from good to great is it needs a side pocket for a water bottle. The USB thing was worthless. The bag was stuffed full and fit easily under seat for airline carry on even with a pair of shoes inside

> 3 dayI bought this backpack after reading numerous reviews attempting to find proof that it can be used as a personal item on Frontier. One review made that claim so I went with it and it was ideal, with some hesitation. Frontier has very strict measurements for personal items (free under the seat). Even though backpacks larger than this will fit under the seat, its getting passed the gate agent without paying for a carryon that you need to be concerned with. Whatever they decide goes. So, if you get this backpack, be sure to measure it after packing to be sure it meets their requirements. It has to fit in the bin at the gate even if the space under the seat is taller. If you over-stuff the bag, it will be larger than the measurements in the Amazon description. As for the backpack itself, I like that there is padding on the back and shoulder straps to help while wearing it. Once stuff, it is obviously heavy. It could use a waist strap to help secure it more, but there are other options on Amazon for that. Theres not much padding on the base though. Youll need to be careful with how you set it down if you have a laptop in it. The space inside is enough for maybe weekend travel, clothes and toiletries. When I bring my laptop to work, I use the front pocket for my lunch containers. The only downside to the inner pockets is theres not much security in terms of keeping items in place if the backpack is laid flat. Things will slide around. I had to use ziplock bags to secure things more. I dont have a comment on the charger port since I dont have a battery charger. The zippers are somewhat loose as well. Theres no lock provided so you have to keep an eye on the zippers in case they easily snag on something.
