Firstly, its worth noting that this monitor is quite heavy, making it more suitable for production or gaming setups rather than casual portability. The added weight puts strain on the laptop screen, and while the manufacturer includes a foldable leg for support, there is still a risk of potential damage to the screen or hinge when moving the computer. To address this, I personally built a dedicated stand to hold the monitor at a secure angle. In terms of image quality, it is average overall. It tends to look best when paired with a 13 screen with a similar resolution. I tested it with my 15 HP gaming laptop, and the stark contrast in display quality between the high-resolution main screen and the two lower-quality external screens felt a bit odd. One issue I encountered is related to connectivity. Since it connects via USB-C, I experienced some challenges with SWRE (Simple Windows Runtime Editor) in adjusting windows across multiple screens, as well as with NVIDIA surround. Im not a Windows expert, so there might be solutions available that Im not aware of. However, its important to note these compatibility limitations. I have a point of criticism regarding the included supporting software. Instead of providing a direct download link, the software comes on a mini SD card that mounts when connecting to the computer. This unexpected approach could be improved for user convenience. Another aspect I didnt appreciate is the bright white logo printed prominently on both screens. Its not only visually displeasing but also distracting. I mitigated this issue by covering the logo with black Gaffa tape. Taking all these factors into account, I would rate the riple Portable Monitor for Laptop four stars. It would greatly benefit from a better design to support the screen, the inclusion of an HDMI input, and the repositioning of the plugs away from the bottom. However, despite these limitations, its truly remarkable to have the convenience of three portable screens that can be easily transported in a case. This dual monitor add on for laptops is REALLY cool. So far, the only complaint I have is about the weight of the item, but I understand this is mostly due to the battery. I had no troubles hanging it on the back of my precision laptop - Im incredibly thankful that it has a kickstand to keep the monitor up from the extra weight. The battery lasts for a good amount of time - gets even better if the brightness is lowered a bit.

I like it very much, the packaging is very beautiful, of course, the most important thing is that the screen is very easy to use, the pixels are very high-definition, and there is no lag at all

Wow. I have an Asus ZenBook Duo 15.6 laptop with a second monitor built-in above the keyboard. I had an older single monitor accessory from Mobile Pixels that attached to the back of my laptop using sticky magnets, but it eventually started to fall off and left me wanting a second monitor on the other side, too. When I saw this dual monitor setup using a sliding attachment to fit various widths and clamps that hold onto the monitor, one that could be easily removed and used on other laptops if desired, I had to grab it. It is fantastic. It fits my laptop perfectly thanks to its adjustable width. I have my laptop on a sloped stand already, and I didnt need to use the included rear kickstand on this monitor because it holds on well enough using the little rubber grips around the three sides of the screen. Its a great design because if I want to use it on my Surface Book, it is easy to readjust and clamp onto that at any time, then switch back to this laptop again quickly. I only needed to use a single USB cable for both display and power from my laptop but if your laptops USB port cant power two monitors at once, you may need to use a secondary USB cable and adapter (included) and plug it into an outlet. The screen image quality is excellent, too. In the included photo, the taskbar looks a little large because it was accidentally running at 150% dpi. I bumped it down to 100% afterwards so things werent so huge. The Full HD resolution is perfect for the screen size. Im very happy with this dual monitor attachment... it will make work so much easier when I am on my laptop. If I had one complaint, it would be the huge MaxFree logos on each monitor, but no big deal. Five stars all the way. Best of luck to this new company, it is a fantastic product.

I work from home 50% of the time and I have multiple monitors set up both at the office and at home. I bought this triple portable monitor and then I can use multiple screens anywhere. This allows me to have multiple monitors even when Im traveling or dont want to work at my desk. Its easy to transport and install wherever I need to work. The monitor connects to the laptop using a TYPE-C cable, which also powers the device without the need for an additional charger. This is truly a miracle in my life. Not only a great tool for work, but also the perfect tool for entertainment. I can easily connect it to my laptop or game console for an immersive gaming experience. Overall, with its slim design, lightweight build, and easy connectivity, this product is an excellent choice for anyone who needs to work with multiple monitors or entertain on the go. This thing is awesome!! I installed it and since I had a true usb-c port the pc powered it just fine. The drivers even automatically installed when I turned the pc on. The resolution is great and the screens are way beyond anything I could have imagined. I love it. There is, however, one caveat. It appears they put so much effort into designing the most awesome monitor attachment ever made, then just went totally generic on the stand that helps hold the monitor up. I mean seriously you just pull it out and spin it a little to lock it. In my first 5 minutes of using it I had to reposition the kickstand twice. I finally used a piece of tape to hold the little flap that keeps it from retracting in place so that I could get my work done. The designed such an awesome piece then crapped out on one of the most important aspects to an item of this nature.

For the most part, this is a great unit. The materials are good and everything is robust and strong. The part that attaches to the laptop works very well and the kick stand in the back is also equally as good. Everything is easy to use also, including the OSD menu. The only negative I can see is the brightness. Even with backlight set to 100% you get maybe 200 nits to 250nits max. This is comparing with the 300nit screen my laptop has. Also a a slight aesthetic dislike is the huge max logo on the front. It is huge and I am not a fan of large branding like that. It is a good unit and will satisfy most people needing something like this.
