Maxi-Cosi Zelia² 5-in-1 Modular Travel System, Midnight Black

I normally don’t write reviews but I feel this this can help out any future parents in there decision to purchase a travel system. As a first time mom there where tons of options to choose from, I was looking for something with a more modern look but nothing too expensive either. I looked in to the top brands like Cybex, Nuna, Uppababy and was astonished at the prices however it was my mistake that I didn’t look in to safety/convenience/comfort features these brands equally share. Of course when you see a travel system over $1,000 you think that is pure luxury. I read many reviews on the Maxi Cosi travel system and it seemed like I made a good choice. I decided to buy it half way through pregnancy so I had a couple months to go before actually using it and determine if I would keep it. Once baby was born, I was astonished on how deep she falls into the car seat as if it was a pit. Her small head has no support whatsoever with the infant insert which mind you only supports the “head” there is no extra cushion for the torso/buttocks area. My baby was 5.6 lbs full term and she was so uncomfortable. I kept being positive thinking once she gains some pounds and grows in length it will be better. Well I was wrong, 2 months in and she is still falling in to the same pit with her head side ways and her hands falling in. My friend had a baby 2 weeks ago weighing 8.5 lbs and even her baby sinks in as well. Also the material gets super hot even by just strolling outside with the canopy extended. If you decide to purchase this travel system buy it at the last minute so you can at least be able to return it and get your money back. I now have to keep something I’m not able to use, even after reaching out to amazon. I ended up buying another travel system (Cybex cloud G Lux and Gazelle S stroller) wow what a difference, I ended up spending more money now then if I would’ve originally bought a top brand travel system & if you don’t believe me then go to a store that sells various travel systems and just compare for yourself.

Car seat canopy is weird and the grips on the bottom no good!!!!

I absolutely love how smooth this stroller is. My only complaint is that its kind of wide. So if you use the stroller around your house like I do because of baby reflux, you definitely need space to walk around with it.

Stroller color(Spring Meadow) is lovely however the base is not folding down. Its like its locked

I gave this to my sister for her baby and she loves it. She says it is easy to use and maneuver. She is in love with her baby stroller.

Not user friendly and very unstable attachment with car seat on stroller do not waste your money

I ordered this 5 in 1 Car Seat Stroller, etc. for my newborn grandson. I’m glad to have it; but the only dislike is the heaviness of the car seat , and the way you strap them in the car seat

I love love love this travel system. It’s so comfy for my little hunny. The bassinet is the perfect size, not so big. When I take him for a stroll I like it because the wheels are smooth. Will recommend to Mothers to be.
