We bought these struts for my wifes H3, as her hood would not stay up anymore. They went on easily, quickly and work great!

Everything looked ok but, it didn’t fit my H3 as advertised

I put these on my 07 Hummer H3 hood they work great still working solid

Easy to install and works as expected. The gas compression chamber is about 1 shorter than OEM. Time will tell if this makes a difference in life expectancy. Ive read complaints that it is static locked and individuals cannot compress as should be expected. Once weight of the hood is applied compression does take place.
