Nice product, easy to install, just loosen the clips with a small flathead screw and snap them in to place. I closed and opened my hood and I have to admit, once you unlock the latch the hood raises by itself. Could be wrong but I don’t remember the original doing that. So I guess the only other thing to do is see how it handles in time. For now! 5*s all the way!!

Installed these on an 07 hummer h3. The stock hood shocks were wore out so I bought these based on the other reviews. These not only hold the hood up but are so strong they almost yank it up too

Received them today installed them today. Im impressed by the quality it keeps my hood up nice and steady. Takes a some force to close hood which is good ;)

They are working great. No more using a stick to hold the good up. Easy fit had them in done in less than 10 minutes. Once I figured out how to pop the clip holding the end ball. (suggest using the old ones to try this)
