It is a nice product.

Very flexible and is copper wire (as far as I can tell). I missed the part where this is 200 feet instead of 250 feet (I really could have used that extra 50 feet for my application). It was my mistake, so no stars off. The wire came off the spool very easily (had it hung between wall studs). Hope my bullet connectors will fit as this is 12 AWG wire.

It was easy work work with and pulled through the walls and attic just fine.

Very good speaker wire, but very heavy. If youre pulling a big bundle of it, get ready to be lifting some weight. Id have gotten a thinner gauge had I known. In any case, it worked great for my application (eight feeds about 40 feet back to an AV closet), albeit probably overkill. 14AWG probably would have been just fine.

I used the media bridge 12ga CL2 rated cable to wire my home theater system.

I have used many types of speaker cable for various audio projects over the years. This is probably the nicest wire product I have used. Starting with the shielding - the outer sleeve was smooth and tough. I think I used the 16awg on the wire cutters for a clean cut on the outer shield. Great for pulling cable long distances. It didnt seem to catch on anything pulling through my ceiling. The inner conductors are also shielded (14awg for clean cut) - gives me confidence something wont short out in the ceiling if something snagged a conductor. The wire gauge was very nice (ACTUALLY 12awg of copper, not including shielding!). Individual conductors were each substantial. The plating was a consistent copper color, with no evidence of corrosion. As stated in the headline, the electrician was impressed (yes, I enlisted help, but it was for a big outdoor speaker job). He questioned the need for such a substantial wire, and presumed that I paid a ton for it. Im totally impressed with this product, and will buy again for future audio projects!

I am building a media room in a new construction home. When I received the spindle, I was worried that the CL2 rating was not printed on the wire jacket. I have to pass an electrical inspection for my new home. I emailed Mediabridge, and they informed me that the rating is in fact printed on the wire ... it is just very faint. I am relieved and satisfied. These are good cables at a great price!

Product arrived on time and looks great for wiring my house for speakers.
