I ordered these to connect my new Elac speakers to my new Yamaha AVR. Easy to attach to the speaker wire and were a snug fit into the female counterparts. I selected this brand because of the good reviews and the fact that the red & black colors are very visible - not just a stripe of the color.

If you need banana plugs, dont shop around. Just get these

Ive purchased speaker cable and banana plugs from Mediabridge. Both products provide excellent hi-fi results at a very reasonable price. Mediabridge has become my go to supplier of cable and connectors.

Nice quality, easy to use, look nice. Seem a little large for the 16 Ga. wire I used and I was afraid they wouldnt clamp firmly so instead of fanning the wire 360 deg around the tip I bunched it split between two sides and it worked well. I dont know if that was necessary but I wanted to be sure the wire strands got clamped tightly. The hole where the wire enters the plug is huge as well.

I purchased a new receiver to get back into vinyl, and I decided to go with RCA plugs instead of bare wire. It was a good decision. Everything sounds better than ever--phonograph, CDs, radio. There is no hum or crackle, just pure sound from the speakers. Im very pleased with the brand/product. Good price, easy to connect, great sound!
