Warranty is fake news (not usable). I was torn on 3 stars but that wouldnt be fair. I just received the product and it looks nice, functions well so far, many internal zippers/compartments, and expandable zipper too. All for $50. I have not taken on a trip--yet. Next week I will. I knocked off one star, and was tempted to knock off two for the misleading claim of a 5 year warranty. Yes, they offer it, but if you read the fine print, its not usable. You pay to ship to them, and have to send $40 handling fee. Given its $50 for a new one, it would cost you more to get a warranty claim than to buy new. Thats misleading and I dont like that. If they are so confident in their product, it should be paid (reduced) shipping to them and free back. That would ensure they make a quality product that will last 5 years.

Took this bag on on American Airlines flight and it fit perfectly in the overhead compartment. It is light-weight and easy to navigate. Highly recommended.

We bought this for our son for Christmas. Its a nice suitcase but when we opened it, to our surprise, the lining is PINK POLKA DOTS!! We looked all over the internet and could not find one single picture of the inside of the red suitcase. Lame. We had to return it or hed get made fun of on every trip he ever takes.

I bought this for my daughter who was beginning her flight attendant career. The zipper broke after less than two months. She was on a trip and had to keep flying with broken luggage. It was embarrassing for her. Needless to say, this was a disappointing purchase and the return window had already closed.

This luggage is great for the price! I purchased this as a carry on and its the perfect size for a business trip or week long vacation.
