Love it! Roomier than it looks and glides through the airport.

The size of this luggage is perfect for what i needed for a 2-3 day travel. I like that both sides of the luggage can be used as a compartment that it has a zipper on oneside that can separate both sides.

Nice light-weight carry-on that I would buy again.

The handle broke during the trip- poor quality and had to carry to the connecting flight and on the trip back

This was the perfect size carry on bag. Very sturdy and easy to move with 4 wheels. The handle was a bit shaky when fully extended, but there was no difficulty with it. We also bought one in black.

Worked perfectly and held up on cobblestone streets in Europe well. Light, nice compartments inside made packing easier.

This isnt a bad suitcase and for the price its actually a good buy. However, it has a couple of awkward quirks. First, one side of it is setup to serve as an imbedded garment pocket. If you dont want to use it as such (and with such a small suitcase why would you need that?), then you have to unzip it in order to fit more clothes/luggage in the suitcase. Second, the case is firm but the handle isnt partitioned off. So, its in the way of the luggage also. Its not a problem. It just makes it a bit tacky. All in all, if all youre looking is a small hard shell suitcase with four wheels, but dont want to spend $100 you could do a lot worse than this one. However, if what youre really looking for a is a top end 20 inch suitcase then this isnt really what youre looking for.

Melbourne is very light and built well. Zippers, rollers, and case are built for regular use traveling. The retractable travel handle could be more durable, however it still functional.
