Melbourne Hardside Expandable Spinner Wheel Luggage, Lime, Carry-On 20-Inch

As allot of reviewers have already notated, this luggage reeks of a chemical smell. It actually smells of moth balls. Prior to my trip I placed it in a separate room and let it air out for several weeks. Closer to the trip I used a box of baking soda to suck up some of the odor. On my trip I included a dryer sheet along with my belongings and didnt have a problem with my clothes smelling. After about three weeks it still has a slight smell of moth balls. If this is an odor you can not stomach, I would just walk away now. I dont take umbridge with it as I took the above precautions, but it did reflect in me giving it one less star.

Loved the quality so much that three days later i wanted to buy a 2nd one but the price had gone from $32 to $50!!!!

I like it but- it smelled AWFUL when it arrived. Extreme plastic gas odor. Luckily I have a garage and stuck it there for a couple of weeks before use. I also ordered the Rockland Polycarbonate Carry On in a flowered pink color. It did not have an offensive odor. The Melbourne as it is called, worked fine and the odor mostly went away. I didnt notice it on my clothing.

The zipper just opened up competely when we were rolling it with a full baggage. Bad quality zipper. The rest looks great, without this fundamental quality, the luggage is of no use.

There is a lot to love about this bag. I got it same day on my prime account. That was pretty sweet. Its a great size. I took it on a 4 day business trip, and it was great. Its smaller than I expected, but everything fit. So, I was happy. And the outer size is great. Im pretty sure its able to fit on any airplane. The zippers are easy to zip, and I love the expander; gives you a few more inches. The rollers are fantastic. I forgot how nice it is to have that on a bag. There are only two problems that I have found: 1) I wish there was a way to lock the rollers. They spin very easily, and I would like to lock them if Im just sitting or something. This isnt a deal breaker, but would be a nice feature. 2) this bag smells bad. It smells like chemicals. I am hoping that it will go away after a while. Its awful though. Other than those two issues, the bag is great.

Its my favorite color! Its the perfect size! Swoon. :) My roommate has this one in a Blue color, thats why I wanted one.

I hate wrangling with carry-on luggage, but a series of flights with tight connections necessitated using a small bag I could haul on board. This Rockland bag survived a 4-leg journey, but already shows wear and tear even though it never went through the airlines rough baggage claim! Bonus points for visibility (I got the neon lime green), for properly meeting American Airlines overhead compartment guidelines. If I were dedicated to always carrying on a bag, though, I would find something sturdier.

Great so far. Just received this beauty and it fits the description provided. I will update after my 8 day Bahamas trip.
