Great carry on with a lot of room. Love the color and was asked a lot where I got it. The only thing that is poor quality is the lock, which was basically useless. As a carry on the lock is not necessary, so no big deal.

The handle doesnt lock in place.

I love the size and the color! The bright lime green makes it extremely easy to spot. Used it several times so far and had lots of compliments.

I like the vibrant color, easy to spot at baggage claim. Did not qualify as carry on for international flights I took. Handle wigggles too much, worried it might fall off.

Great great little suitcase. Green color is pretty vibrant, so do consider color choice prior to purchase. Used already and is great great great for 8 days of travel. 20 inch is good size for train travel in Europe, however I did check bag in on international flights (to avoid babysitting it during layovers). Sturdy (so far), zips easy, expands if needed, handle a little shakey, wheels manuever well, closure tabs accommodate luggage lock. Get comments all the time about color (ha ha) but you wont lose it amongst all the black bags. Would recommend. Will have to see how it holds up with a year of use. Would recommend if you are looking for something a little bigger than 18 in but not quite 22 inch.

I am pleasantly surprised by the good quality of this suitcase.

LOVE IT! The color is perfect, its like a lime green but not too neon! It rolls very well, and easy to fit in overhead compartments (depending on the airline). I flew with delta and american airlines, and it fit perfect.
