Melissa & Doug Match and Roll Shape Sorter - Classic Wooden Toy

Love this toy for shape sorting and learning colors. My son is 17 months old and loves the challenge of finding the correct shaped hole. It is well built and no sharp corners. I was debating between this one and the cube shape sorter by M&D but decided this seemed safer for a toddler. My only complaint is that it is difficult to place and remove the plastic red end cap. My son isnt able to do it on his own and gets frustrated.

Our twenty-one month old loves to play with it (with my help), and it should be a long lasting toy as she develops more.

My 18 month old grandson loves this and it is so helpful learning colors and shapes.

Bought this for my toddler class. They love sorting the shapes and fun putting them inside.

My kid loves this toy. In fact the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because its too heavy and she could drop it and easily break a toe or foot.

It is my 2 year olds favorite toy. The quality is better than any other type of toy like this and the lid is childproofish so they cant cheat lol

This is a perfect shape sorter. I have had this product since june, my kids probably play with it everyday. The lid stays on well enough that my 1 year old cant remove it but my 2.5 yr old can, there are lots of different shapes and colors, it rolls and it stores each piece inside. I have had it since june and we havent lost a single block! I will stack the blocks and my 1 year loves to knock them over, and shake them out and put them back in, with the lid off. My 2 yr old puts the shapes in easily, but we go over colors and the name of shapes (the ones that I know) so they both like playing with it.

LOVE! My 16mo old grandson LOVES this toy! I have to help of course, but its one of his favorites for sure. Good quality, but appears to be soft wood as my grandson is rough and slams the shapes in the top creating a few tiny dents there now. I can see this looking pretty battered after it goes through a few grand babies.
