Merax Luggage Sets Clearance with TSA Lock, Expandable 3 Piece Lightweight Suitcase Set 20inch 24inch 28inch (Blue)

The color is vibrant ans luggage was easily seen at checking. TDA lock was easy to set with no issues. I over packed for our cruise and was worried if my clothes, shoes, beach bag, makeup case, packing cubes, and jewelry would fit. Yup it all did. I totally forgot about the extended zipper on here but didnt e en have to use it. Rolled right through customs and on ship carpet with no issues. This was great value and great purchase for me!

Edit: The company reimbursed me for the whole set after finding out that 2 of the 3 pieces were damaged in flight after checking them on one flight. Just bought 4 sets of this luggage for my family and just used it ONE TIME, today, and this is what I picked up at baggage claim. NOT happy!!!! I would not recommend using this luggage if youre flying anywhere. BIG THUMBS DOWN

Really happy at first with the easy rolling features and light weight. It does not handle a second carryon bags weight on top of it well, it was harder to roll. The round trip flight the luggage open on the return trip. I lost items out of my luggage too. the zipper for the longer side burst open. Not sure if luggage is usable anymore, or I will need to band it together if I ever want to use it again.

Suitcase was a very nice color, roomy and light weight. I only used it once for my trip to St. Lucia. Rolled fine from the car to the airport then from airport to the room with out any problems. However, upon unpacking I noticed the wheel chamber was cracked. Most importantly it held up on the flight back and rolled well until I got back home. Disappointed that it was not a durable piece. Suitcases are supposed to be made for travel. But I see theyre not all created equal. Will continue to use until the wheel literally falls off. But I will not take it on a long trip.

The luggages were as described. Gave them a 4 stars for now. Will be travelling in Sept and they will be put to the test. If they perform well with no problems then I will change it to 5 stars.

After purchasing this product I was surprised by the size, and let down tremendously by the durability. Holds up fair, but seems rather flimsy and cheaply made. Found a more sturdy and reliable product at a store for HALF the price!

When I had a small issue arise with my middle suitcase, I alerted the company directly over the Amazon Messaging system. In my first use with the 24 suitcase ONLY, the internal zipper broke and was not repairable. My larger suitcase and my carryon, conversely, worked perfectly. When I made the company aware of the issue with the 24 suitcase, I sent photos via Amazon Photos with the company directly (using the album sharing feature on Amazon Photos) for proof of the defective issue. Within days of seeing the photos, they confirmed that they sent what I thought would be the only item (the 24 suitcase, since the other two worked exactly as expected) as a new replacement. When the item arrived, the box appeared bigger than just the 24 inch middle sized suitcase. When I unwrapped it, I was surprised and delighted to find that they sent me an ENTIRE REPLACEMENT SET! Wow! I was amazed to see such an extra mile effort, as I only expected one suitcase as a replacement item. Merax definitely stood behind the promise of replacement and then some! I was thrilled to have more luggage without need of a return nor any return shipping. Nothing at all out of pocket and three new pieces to go with my remaining two suitcases! I gifted the defective item to Goodwill and was happy to write them about their amazing customer service moment. I would definitely highly recommend Merax Luggage to anyone. It is very refreshing to find a company with a brand promise like this when a customer raises an issue! Well done to the entire team at Merax. NOTE: I have since referred this company to others who have themselves also ordered their own set of three Merax luggage and none of their items had any defective zippers or issues whatsoever. Great team, great brand promise and great product line!

seems to be a good product and a good deal

We bought this set for our exchange student for her trip back home to Poland. Her original set was busted by the airlines. This one held up nicely. I expect shell use it on her many future adventures.

I have nothing bad to say about this purchase, was a little nervous at first don’t get me wrong. I’m impressed by the durability and how light weight it is.! Can’t wait to use it for our second trip.
