Love my air compressor! It holds pressure really well and is so quiet!

met all my expectations and criteria. quiet. efficient. quick to refill maximum pressure. in our locality though, where summer temperatures can reach 35 degrees Celsius, one may need to place a fan towards the motor while operating. highly recommended.

Every positive review you read of this compressor is right on. Based on those good reviews I felt comfortable buying this air compressor. Because I was doing some framing with dimensional lumber, I decided to try this little thing for the fun of it. I coupled it with a short hose to my metabo auxiliary tank that I already had, the one Ive included a picture of. I found that with the extra pressure maintenance of the extra tank, this little compressor will keep up with framing as long as youre not doing rapid production jobsite framing of entire walls. We were doing a roof overhang makeover that required a fair amount of figuring, cutting, aligning, etc between nail shots, so we werent pushing the air needs to an extreme. I have another large 220V compressor that will keep up with all but heavy air use associated with complete repaint coat of a vehicle. This little compressor will be handy for many remote applications, especially if you have a quality auxiliary tank. FWIW, I filled the tank with the other compressor so I started out with a full tank that I hooked the little Metabo to, then started the framing work. So the little Metabo didnt have to work to fill up the tank from the very beginning. No overheating or circuit breaker tripping at all, so very pleased with the results. This is a good little compressor. Youll like it!

I owned a similar sized compressor in the past see photo. Some low life in south central Michigan decided they needed it more than I did, and broke into my garage and stole it along with a bunch of other stuff. If you know of somebody who acquired one of these used about a year ago, please send me their address, so I can personally deliver the owners manual to them. ;) Now, back on subject. The Metabo is an excellent replacement for my missing compressor. Although it only pumps half as much air, it is incredibly quiet. It is perfect for running trim nailers and staplers indoors, and blowing up tires and such. It is fairly lightweight and balances well in the hand when carrying it. I cannot over emphasize how quiet this thing is. It sounds about as loud as a small electric fan set on low speed. I like this compressor a lot.

I just needed something more powerful

Thing starts and runs fine but never shuts off. I seen very mixed reviews on this product but was better than most. Well I got one of the PIS units and to make it worse it comes with a sheet from manufacturer that if you have any issues call. That would be much more helpful if they would call you back and try and help, very frustrated and dissatisfied!!!!

Fast delivery and quiet work meets my needs

I used this for 4 months starting giving issues, now just completely went dead, can’t hold any pressure and makes weirdest sound. I saw a lot reviews about it same issues less time... I recommend going to local store and get warranty, you might spend a little bit more but it’s totally worth it. I’m never buying any of these from Amazon, matter fact I’m leaving work earlier to buy a replacement
