This lamp is worth every penny! It’s absolutely perfect for my work space. It arrived nicely packaged. It’s heavy and seems very durable. The light is adjustable and the brightest level is PLENTY of light. The style is sleek and clean. (I bought it in silver). Love the fact it has a USB port as well. I will be buying a couple more for my boys’ rooms!

Years ago I bought another Taotronics lamp. Soon after they released this more expensive one. Always wanted it but couldnt justify buying it. Years pass and it seems tao Tronics doesnt exist anymore but someone is selling their stock? Anyway, this lamp dropped the price by 30 bucks, and then It had a coupon so I decided to grab it to finally upgrade. Really love. Its plenty bright. All the modes are nice and it even has a night light. Couldnt get it to swivel at the base, and even thought it couldnt until I read the instructions. It took some strength but it moves smoothly now. Cant speak for its longevity yet, however, the cheaper lamp I have owned for about 5 years and it works great! I gave it to my brother. And that on is made out of plastic while this one is a metal.

This desk lamp is a great product. Solid, well designed and had all the features for a working station. The only downwards is that the base doesn’t rotate but anyway the top arm does. This is my third Taotronics. I bought this one for my wife and she loves it.

Bought it for my office desk. The light makes me very comfortable. The quality is good, looks classic.

Modern, sleek, clean lines. The base is heavy and sturdy metal. Nice packaging on arrival. Being able to change LED brightness and color temperature for different uses is a game changer. LED is more energy efficient too so that’s a bonus. Had to learn what the button functions were from the booklet but icons look nice and not busy. No buzzing sound from the light. The 1 hour timer is not something I thought I needed but I use it now. Amazing value for $17. Never going back to traditional desk lamp!

The Touch Controls always work vs. another model Ive tried. The range of brightness is insanely good. I placed it on an electronics bench where Ive had zero issues with getting the light into position and being way bright to the point of lowering the brightness. I love the nightlight feature on the side and leave it on most of the time to warm the space in the evening. The boom arm is solid and doesnt get all wobbly-bobbly thus, theres zero bouncing shadow effects. The upper light paddle rotates which Ive found very useful as a work lamp. It functions extremely well and doesnt flake out on its controller circuit. Mechanical design is clean and uncluttered. The white backlit panel looks sleek and classy and modern. Everything about this lamp is classy at the base. The only thing I dont care for is the grainy finish in the metal working. I get why they chose to sand the metal to the surface finish (To avoid finger prints) but, I would have chosen a different surface finish to match the base finish which feels and looks and feels like silk. Very nice product and overall highly recommended due to the variations in illumination spectrum, insane levels of brightness and super flexibility suitable for a wide range of applications. The lamp is way beyond a standard desk lamp application type of product.

Really like the color and design, and how it looks on my desk. The only thing you need to be aware of is that since all the controls are flat, its fairly easy to brush it accidently and change the setting.
