I spent time looking a large variety of models with many different features trying to decide which ones I felt I wanted and/or needed. I finally decided this model would be best for me. After comparing a few similar ones I picked this one because of its rating, the comments, the price, the height, the length of the bulb, that the lights were LEDs, and the final factor was the weight. It was heavy compared to others and I felt there was less chance of knocking it over. Ive only had it a few days. I mostly use it a very bright setting. I havent read the instructions yet so I dont know how to fully use it yet. I use it in an upright position so I cant speak to its range of motion. It arrived quickly and well packaged for protection in shipping. I like the color. I like the design. I think it looks elegant and modern. So far, Im happy I chose this model and this seller. I looked at a lot of LED desk/task lamps. Saw some lovely ones for $300; very stylish. I wanted a bright light, with a fully adjustable range of motion, different color temperatures and range of brightness, and reasonable styling, but something more in the $50 range or less. This lamp is IT. When I purchased it, the price was ridiculously low at $14.97, now it is about twice that much and still a great price. It aims left/right, up/down, and swivels on the base. That is the only shortcoming and why I call it almost perfect. The swivel at the base is very tight; more like swivel once and leave it that way. I would have liked an easy swivel, but the lamp is light enough that I can simply swivel the entire base instead of swiveling the arm on the base. The light remembers its last setting when you turn it on, or you can memorize one of the settings and tap that button as soon as you turn it on. It also features a timer to turn off and even a night light, separate dim LED bulb. The construction seems good quality. That being said my, first one arrived with damage to the packaging and the lamp itself was damage too, the arm being loose from the base. But buying from Amazon the exchange was easy, and if not, I have also found Taotronics easy to deal with as well, having purchased other Taotronics electronics.. I highly recommend this product. You will be pleased.

Engineering at its best, this is a lamp that has everything that you would want in a lamp. I have two of these and paid more for the first then the second. The first was on sale for 59 dollars on a lighting sale, the second was 25 dollars on Amazon prime day but after it the price settled down to 30 dollars so that sets the bar for this product. This lamp is amazing, build like a tank, touch control with memory so now you know you wont be disappointed.

After looking at several desk lamps, I purchased this one for my daughter to use in her new office. I cannot describe the features because Ive never used it, but I can say that she is so very pleased with the lamp. She told me the brightness is easily adjusted to her needs and the weight of the lamp is much better than a cheaper all plastic type. Based on her assessment, I would highly recommend desk lamp - its well worth the extra couple of dollars to get a quality product.

Modern, sleek, clean lines. The base is heavy and sturdy metal. Nice packaging on arrival. Being able to change LED brightness and color temperature for different uses is a game changer. LED is more energy efficient too so that’s a bonus. Had to learn what the button functions were from the booklet but icons look nice and not busy. No buzzing sound from the light. The 1 hour timer is not something I thought I needed but I use it now. Amazing value for $17. Never going back to traditional desk lamp!

Great light, this is the second one I bought. This one had a USB port so is handy for charging a cell phone. Because you can change color and brightness this lamp is also good for videoconferences to light up a face. Very highly recommended.

Lamp has a good footprint, nice range of motion, options of brightness.

Really like the color and design, and how it looks on my desk. The only thing you need to be aware of is that since all the controls are flat, its fairly easy to brush it accidently and change the setting.
