> 3 dayThis MFJ-913 works great on my 80,40,20 OCF but only up to 40 meters. The swr is great at 80 and 40, just a touch of tuning is needed at 20. But now my feed line is radiating on 80 meters after only a week of having it up and is causing rfi in the house. Im only running up to 100 watts. Probably just a quality issue im guessing.

Greater than one weekA very good 4:1 balun to match my 300 ohm balanced line feed.

Greater than one weekI cant really review this product since its sitting in my electronics junk box (term used for parts bin in amateur radio). I will eventually use with some antenna building project and after several months usage give and updated report.

> 3 dayIt appears to work OK, and I did not have to return it for repair, if you know what I mean..

> 3 dayCouldnt figure out why my OCF 80 meter dipole wasnt working. So I decided to change the balun, cant figure out why I had to, the old one was only 25+ years old. ( think I can get a refund?.....HI HI!) I put the mfj-913 in line....WOW! No tuner required for 80, 40 or 20 meters...Can now tune 160 through 10 meters!

> 3 dayYes its not 1kw but for a 100w radio it works perfectly fine and being so lightweight it didnt drag my OCF down since i have no way to support from the feed point, only pulled tight from the ends. So for my needs it was perfect.

Greater than one weekI purchased this for an off center fed dipole project. This is a new antenna type for me so there was lots of experimentation, climbing ladders, changing leg lengths, etc. - all the normal new antenna stuff. Today, while doing soME more experimentation, one of the leads has become completely disconnected internally. My antenna legs were always connected to the eye bolts on each side so there was never any direct strain placed on the leads. Id have expected there to be some sort of internal strain relief so that this couldnt happen. Completely worthless to me now. Dont have the packaging so dont think Amazon will take it for return. EDIT: Contacted MFJ directly and they are replacing the balun. So, good review for customer service from them but Im leaving 2 stars because the balun did break after only about 2 weeks of use.
