> 24 hourAs an electrical engineering student, I use quite a bit of solder. This stuff is the best I have used. Unlike the 60/40 solder, 63/37 doesnt have a very wide plasticity temperature range so it hardens quickly after you remove the iron. As much as I like the idea of lead-free solder and would recommend it for industrial applications, leaded solder is much better to work with at home. Lead-free solder requires higher heats, which can cause damage to sensitive components without proper care.

> 24 hourI have a roll of this solder from a 2015 batch, and its perfect. I have another roll from a 2021 batch, and while it solders about the same, the actual solder on the roll is not smooth. Its covered with tiny dents, and frequntly breaks at those dents from handling, resulting in a lot of wasted solder.

> 24 hourI use this product to solder very small electrical circuits. I got the .025 aka 23 gauge size. It flows good and makes an excellent solder joint. Its RA (rosin flux activated), which is one of the more aggressive decontaminates. Long story short, this is very good quality solder at a very good price. I would definitely recommend it.

> 24 hourI needed a small-diameter solder to attach some SMD parts and found this 25-mil roll on Amazon. Turns out that I could really use something even smaller, but this works well and has a good flux core. Keep in mind that this solder does contain lead, so its not RoHS-compatible. But solder with lead sure flows nicely.

> 24 hourThis is the One Solder For Everything. The flux is effective, but at only 2.2% doesnt leave a huge mess. The diameter is stiff enough to be easily used, but thin enough to provide good control for everything but the tiniest SMDs. The alloys is eutectic lead/tin, the best all around choice available if you can use leaded solder (which you really want to do). I have several different solders available, almost all leaded. This is one of the best all around-- up there with Kester and Alpha.

> 24 hourThis is high-quality stuff, believe me it is not easy to find solder this good anywhere else. Melts properly and flows smoothly. This small diameter solder works great for very fine jobs.

> 24 hourMG never disappoints. Always great quality and consistency.

> 24 hourThis was as described, and arrived on time.

> 24 hourThis solder flows very well and is very controllable due to the small size. It doesnt leave a large amount of flux behind but theres still enough that I would suggest getting some flux cleaner if you want your board to look perfect.
