Micro Swiss .4mm Nozzle for Micro Swiss MK10 All Metal Hotend Upgrade Kit Only

First, this is a single nozzle only, not 3 as pictured. Should be clearly written in title. Unfortunately I cant return the stupid thing because of time so Im getting screwed. Second, bought their hot and and have had nothing but trouble. Hardly got a good print since. Hoping this fixes it. Skip on this and possibly Micro Swiss all together.

These were way better than what I got with my all metal hot-end kits. The hot-end kit nozzles worked good until worn out. But even then my z-height was always off a small amount. Finally discovered why, the extruded filament comes out of the nozzle with a diameter of about .6 on .4 nozzle. Replaced with this, which has a much more noticeable sharp tip and it extrudes filament right on .4mm. All my issues I had are now gone!

Quality is as good as a 0.4mm for what I am printing. The difference is it prints twice as fast.

Nozzles solid, but I got shipped a .2mm nozzle instead of a .6mm I guess Ill keep it and order another.

Going to an all metal hot end to print PETG, Im still getting the hang of the settings, but the quality of the lines compared to the cheap brass 20 for 10 bucks .4mm nozzles is very obvious. Yes, its a lot of money for what is a consumable part, eventually you will need to replace it, but if youre starting to expand from little trinkets and get serious in 3d printing: Making parts for others, functional parts, working/moving parts for machines, this nozzle is worth every penny when you dont need to reprint a 10 hour part because the 50 cent nozzle screwed up the dimension.

It is specifically designed to be used with the MicroSwiss all metal hotend upgrade! so it fit and worked as it was supposed to!

If you do not need high detail, but want really fast strong prints. This is the ticket. Great for those big bulky items that just need strength.
