This computer is very good but if you are looking to play it is not good it gives you 239 GB but after the updates and stuff you are left with 195 at most

Extremely light and fast processor.

Gets 2 to 3 hours of battery life and is already hanging up when switching apps (specifically MW teams and PowerPoint) after a month old. Cannot play civilization 6 without getting so hot you can’t hold the laptop for long. Ridiculous charger configuration that falls out easily.

I have the Surface laptop 2 and when I found out they fixed all my issues I had with it in the 3... I was hyped..

Ive had my Surface for about a month now and I love it. Im a writer so it was important for me to have a smaller, thinner laptop that didnt sacrifice keyboard space or screen size. This does that. (I had initially bought a 12.5 inch HP Spectre and returned it because the keyboard was not comfortable at all.)

When I got my daughter a used Surface Book 2, she fell in love with it. LOVED LOVED LOVED the battery life. And her artistic hand takes full advantage of the tablet mode. Sooo, I got a new Surface Book 3! WOW - I can see why she loves it. Love the inviting keyboard, the responsive BT and I adore the Surface Pen. Screen is GORGEOUS - TV never looked so good. I love the fact that I can take the tablet off and turn it around and reattach it, then still use it like a table, without using the keyboard. LOVE the battery life. This thing literally lasts all day. Im very impressed. I got the upgraded version with the larger hard drive so I could do Photoshop. Security features are effective, convenient and responsive. A very nice configuration indeed!

Great, fast ,touch screen

I bought the laptop for my wifes job. She uses for regular excel and word documents. The laptop frezzes constantly and need restart. Terrible product.

Apart from its beautiful design, build quality and great keyboard, there’s nothing good about this laptop which every user expect. 11.5 hrs battery life is a clear LIE from microsoft. Mine doesn’t even last 4 hrs. As per testing purpose, I only watched netflix once and it lasted only 4.75 hrs at 50% brightness!!! I have already got one replacement within first 3 month of use and still the results are almost same. Add couple hundreds more to your budget and get a thinkpad.

Be aware that the battery needs to be worked in, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for the battery to reach peak performance and usage ability! I recommend Pure Battery on the Microsoft store to monitor this! The only reason i bring this up is I have seen other buyers post that they have returned the product after a short time of having less than optimal battery performance. This products battery must be worked in. Otherwise, this product is absolutely amazing and amazes me every time I pick it up!
