> 3 dayWorks good no problems. Matte black will show fingerprints easily but I dont care if you do get a different color. People complaining about the laptop being laggy need to change the power saver mode to performance the laptop auto sets it to save battery life which will make the computer slower. (This is on all Microsoft laptops now and has been for awhile) I would not recommend this for gaming thats not what its intended for its a work laptop. If you want to play games get a desktop.

> 3 dayI loved this laptop! I had been using a 15in for about 4 years and was fed up with heavy clunky laptops. This laptop is so thin and light it baffles me. Its super convient to take around everywhere. I got the i7 version and it runs fantastic. I know apple products have been slim and light for a while but theyre vastly over priced. This laptop is great and Ide recommened it to anyone looking for a thin and light laptop. The battery life is also great although I run heavier programs than the average person so Im always charging it before I go off to school but it still has a better battery than my old laptop. I havnt done gaming on here but Ive hear it runs a hardy okay.

Greater than one weekThe Laptop looks fantastic and the speed is phenomenal on the 16GB RAM. The screen clarity is perfect, and weight is light enough to put into any bag without you noticing too much.

> 3 dayNicely powered and sleek laptop, with a good keyboard. Unfortunately, I just cant love this machine because of the non-stop fan noise.

19-11-2024Weve been using the Surface laptop for a few weeks now and it has been a solid performer. The design aesthetics are very modern, with a sleek sandstone outer shell and an extremely slender profile. The laptop weight is light and it fits extremely easily into any carry case designed to hold a 13.5 screen device. One thing youll notice is there are very few ports: this is great for style but you may feel limited by the one USB connection, so something to be aware of. The power cord connects flush to the body with a magnetic click.

> 3 dayThe Surface Laptop packs a lot of power into a small package. Its light and easy to carry around or slip into a backpack or briefcase. Battery life is decent. Its run everything Ive thrown at it so far without breaathing hard. It isnt quite up to major games that need a lot of graphics power, but its fine for casual games.

> 3 dayIve used Microsoft computers for many years, and bought my first Surface Laptop in 2017 and absolutely loved it. It was used daily for work (from home) and while I took great care of it, I put it through a lot of use and it held up wonderfully. By mid 2020, it had started randomly turning off and freezing up so often that it was a problem, so I decided to buy a newer Surface Laptop and retire the old one.

> 3 dayDo not buy refurbished/ used laptops from Amazon. Often times they are stolen and when you need software upgraded or fixed the manufacturer will not touch the computer when they figure out its stolen. Amazon will not refund or replace the computer with one that is not stolen. So you are stuck with stolen goods that can not be repaired through the manufacturer.
