I bought this computer for my daughter for college. It’s was affordable and functional. She absolutely loves it! I was a bit skeptical because I am a Mac girl but this computer proved me wrong. It proved to be just A’s wonderful as a Mac. Very happy with this purchase!

The three things that were improved include the processor, battery life, and WiFi reconnection. As a computer nerd, all of these made a difference to me! If you dont like the auto brightness/contrast display adjustment, get Intel and not AMD.

Great laptop heats up though

Obviously Microsoft has a group of these laptops floating around, being sold, that are bad. They should be recalled. The battery is bad. It stops being able to charge after a few days. The laptop stopped booting up after two weeks. This was a brand new laptop that died. If you check reviews around the internet, this has happened to a lot of this model

One of the best computers that I’ve ever had

Purchased as a replacement for old Surface with a broken screen. I could be wrong, but it was hard to find a Surface Laptop 4 on short notice and this one seems to have fit the bill.

My daughter simply loves this laptop

The size and thinness are just exactly what I needed. Handy and pack with Windows 10 Home edition but was able to upgrade the OS to Windows 11 Home Edition for free. Overall, this machine is not only a work of art but was built to perfection.
