I bought this product to replace my old Lenovo Thinkpad to write my doctoral dissertation.

This laptop is lightweight and has a great feel to it. The area around the keyboard has a non-metallic touch, and its super comfortable. The front-facing camera is only 720p, but I can live with that. It starts up fast and is compatible with just about anything. Id 100% buy this again.

I had a lot of hope switching from HP to Microsoft. I thought that getting the top of the line laptop would be faster and have longer battery life.

I bought this computer for my daughter for college. It’s was affordable and functional. She absolutely loves it! I was a bit skeptical because I am a Mac girl but this computer proved me wrong. It proved to be just A’s wonderful as a Mac. Very happy with this purchase!

Im homebound for ~6 months with 2 broken ankles; the sporadic function of the Chromebook I had was driving me nuts trying to get anything done or keep myself entertained while stuck at home. Bought the Surface after my positive experiences with the one I am supplied with for work and now I am able to get stuff done all day without freeze-ups and rebooting every 12-24 hours. And the configuration options available were mind blowing...it took a bit to decide what it was I actually needed on the unit verses the cost of paying for ALL the options.

Problem with its battery life. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 laptop i ordered would never turn on for the first time, no matter how long I keep the battery charger plug it came with plugged in. I even had to order a replacement charger plug to see if that was the problem was the charger. Turns out the problem had something to do with the laptop itself, both charger cables (which were exactly the same) worked on charging my iPhone, but neither would charge the Surface Pro. I had to have it sent back to get a refund.
