Perfect light and powerful only thing missing is thunderbolt

To start off with, I did NOT receive a damaged or older device as some others have. I received exactly what I paid for. As such, my complaints are with the actual device design and performance.

It is the one I always long for. it is as excellent as Iexpexcted. it is A good purchase.

I just took my Surface out of the box... was super excited.... but then saddened to only see the screen. To the seller, dont include pictures of all the extras. I falsely assumed it was all included. I would have bought a bundle, but didnt see it as an option. Its not a deal-breaker as this new purchase is a replacement to the Pro 8 Ive had for the past 7 years. I love my Surface and though I probably should have gone with a cheaper model, I honestly have just loved it so much. Its super lightweight, and I can fit it into a large purse. I have lower back issues, so it has been a real help. As a small business owner, there is nothing I havent been able to do with this laptop. I highly recommend, I just dont like the misleading product listing.

I purchased it end of Sep. Didnt read it clearly that keyboard was not included (dont know why). Ordered 1, was a mismatch. Returned it then ordered another one. It was a good match. However, had hard time to connect it to Pro 7. Thought the keyboard had a problem. So I returned keyboard. This time I ordered from the local Best Buy store. Hoping that if there is any issue, Best Buy can help me. I spent 2 hours in Best Buy store and it only worked 5 seconds. Thats it! There is no customer service from Microsoft. Amazon tech support is nice but they are not specialize on the products. Sadly I have to return it. Ill buy it from Best Buy because I can get help from the local store if there is any issue... Loved the touch screen though.

Cannot recommend this enough. Great quality, amazing power and battery life. Very good computer.

Received this in two days with my Prime student account. Everything arrived okay, no issues there. I am a sophomore at a university and I needed laptop because I had transferred to this new institution and the commute is around 45 minutes. I bought this solely for productivity purposes such as school work. Here are the pros and cons.

I love this device, I bought the SP4 and this one is the reemplacement. Nice hardware and runs everything you want.
