The massager itself is great. The connection of the cord to the unit was temperamental from the beginning. I mentioned this and the company said they would send a new cord and adapter. I have followed up several times ... crickets. The connection is getting worse and the unit is almost impossible to turn on, or when it does the slightest vibration will turn it off. Its a shame because the massager is good, but it is very frustrating to use. UPDATE: The seller has replaced the power cord and adapter. The new one has a much more solid connection and makes the massager easy to use. I like the massager a lot and with the problem resolved I now give it 5 stars.

While visiting my brother in law, he offered to my wife to try this foot massager machine that he had bought for his wife. For the next two days, my wife used this massager over and over and fell in love. So naturally I went click, click, click on Amazon and bought my wife one. She uses it daily. Interestingly enough, a customer service person, David A. followed up with a phone call to my wife after she registered the product. I think the fact that this company cared enough to call her, ask her if she had any questions, and offer tips on getting the best use out of the machine, is above and beyond for product support.

I have been enjoying using this foot massager, it is easy to use, many settings, and removable and washable liners. It is everything I wanted from a massager, my feet feel better after using.

I originally purchased this because I love a good foot massage. I figured it would be relaxing. It definitely is that- but then my husband tried it for his plantar fasciitis and it helps SO much! Now we fight over it. Lol! This thing really relaxes my achy feet, and with the different settings you can go from a light, relaxing foot rub to a pretty deep massage that will make all the aches and pain go away. We got the one with the remote- it comes with 2. One of the ones we got doesn’t work, but we have the other still and it is really nice to have. Overall, definitely happy with our purchase. We use it multiple times a day, so it’s worth the money. Highly recommend!
