Doesn’t do very good for ankle area or planter fasciitis. I have restless legs/feet and trying to relieve that also. The seller was trying to make it right for me. He wanted me to change my review so I did then he quit contacting me. I was trying to use it more to make a decision to get something else and he kept calling until I changed review.

Im very impressed with the pressure and efficiency of this product. Im very pleased with my purchase and use it practically every night before bed.

My husband works on his feet all night day so I got this as a Christmas present. Not only does it feel great at the end of the day for him, I have neuropathy and tried it. I got the feeling back in my toes! My sincerest thanks MIKO.

This item is good but there is room for improvement on size. My foot is size 7. It does great on the front 2/3s of my foot, meaning the back of the arch to the toes. But if youre wanting good coverage for your heels this is not the machine for you. It does touch the bottom of my heel but touching the back where Id really like it doesnt happen. My husbands size 11 doesnt fit well at all. Pressure on the higher settings is really good from arch to toes. The heat level is very mild, but that doesnt seem to be an issue. Im not sure what was going on with the remotes, but they didnt work at first; we tried everything including troubleshooting with the company. Followed their instructions and they still wouldnt work. Threw them in a drawer and forgot about them. Miraculously, tried them again several weeks later and they suddenly work. I cant explain that at all, but they apparently resolved their own issue. Customer service was very good; they were offering to replace my remotes but now there is no need. I do recommend this machine if you have a medium size foot, but if your foot is very large I dont think youd be completely happy with it.

I’ve only used this product a few times, but so far I really like it. One thing I’d change or add if I could, is I would like more compression around the heals. Other than that it’s great and I’m hoping it helps with my foot pains that started this year do to excessive use of my feet.

Very nice massager, I like almost everything about it. The only downside is you can’t adjust time, it’s a 15 min limit.

My wife had ankle surgery a couple years ago and is very sensitive there. This provides just the right amount of pressure to provide relief without being painful. The remote control helps her control it without bending over and the magnetic storage on top of the unit saves us from losing the remote.

The massager itself is great. The connection of the cord to the unit was temperamental from the beginning. I mentioned this and the company said they would send a new cord and adapter. I have followed up several times ... crickets. The connection is getting worse and the unit is almost impossible to turn on, or when it does the slightest vibration will turn it off. Its a shame because the massager is good, but it is very frustrating to use. UPDATE: The seller has replaced the power cord and adapter. The new one has a much more solid connection and makes the massager easy to use. I like the massager a lot and with the problem resolved I now give it 5 stars.

Has many different levels. Feels good. Heat is not very hot. But that is fine
